    This company states processing within 2 hours. The paperwork was received at 9:30am and at 1pm, nothing has been done. The only form of communication is through a phone number. After sitting in the hold queue for 3 hours, the call was abruptly ended. None o f the calls can be processed now. It appears that without explanations, the phone lines are completely shut off at 12:30pm. Now, not only can I not reach them, but they have not upheld the advertised 2 hour turnaround. This has now resulted in having to find alternative transportation because nothing can be done for a whole 24 hours, if they even follow through or answer the phones the next day.

    My car was towed on Sunday and during the tow, the tow truck company created significant damage to the front end of the car which resulted in the bumper, fender, the headlight and much more damage underneath the car due to being towed improperly. MVTrac continues to tell me that they can do nothing for me and I need to contact the tow company for this issue. I have provided video footage of the actual accident and the tow man stating were gonna fix it on camera. Still waiting for a phone call from management due to this issue.

    THE WORKERS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY WILL HANG UP THE PHONE ON YOU WHILE YOU ARE STILL SPEAKING, NOT HELPFUL, THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY RUDE.

    Paid almost $3000 to get my vehicle only to call this MVTracks for them to tell me they hadn't received the document they needed in their database from my finance company even though I called my finance company 3 times and each agent said the document had already been sent to MVTracks to confirm my payment. Told to consistently call both MVTracks and my finance company consistently after paying this large amount of money instead of someone just giving me an approximate wait time for MVTracks to receive the document in their databases. I would call MVTracks and I don't know if it is the same agent answering but they certainly are rude. I was trying to get the information I needed and only had one question and the agent just hangs up on me twice!!!! The lot that has my vehicle does not do same day appointments so on a Thursday I have made my payment just to run into these issues. So you mean to tell me they cant call the finance company themselves to verify payment or at least let you know about how long it takes for them to receive the documents after the finance company has sent the document over?

    On July 18, 2024, my vehicle was towed by *****************************, a contractor for MVTRAC LLC and CarMax, from the condominium parking lot where it was properly parked. During the towing process, my car and both adjacent vehicles were damaged. Photographs show my car repositioned perpendicularly to the parked cars, an angle impossible to achieve based on the spacing of the parking spaces. I retrieved my vehicle 7/19/24 (photographed damage while still in lot).I filed a claim with MVTRAC LLC and CarMax, submitting photographic evidence clearly illustrating the damage and improper towing. Despite this, MVTRAC LLC demanded video footage to process the claim, an unreasonable demand as I was not present and do not have access to surveillance. The detailed photographic evidence should suffice to demonstrate improper towing and resulting damage. When I inquired about the visible scrapes and paint dust left on my car and the adjacent vehicles, a representative stated the "dust" was too light to match the red tow truck or my Mustang. As a forensic scientist, I know this claim is unsubstantiated without proper forensic analysis. I requested a copy of any forensic microscopy report used to deny the damage was caused by the red tow truck, but no documentation has been provided. I also requested a formal written notice of claim declination with reasons for denial, which is necessary for correspondence with the three involved insurance companies. I was told such a notice is against company policy. When I asked for clarification of this policy, I was informed the policy itself could not be disclosed. When I requested the representatives name, the call was disconnected. Attempts to file a formal complaint resulted in being on hold as the first caller in the queue for over 40 minutes, with the call never answered. This lack of transparency, unreasonable demands, and unprofessional behavior have delayed resolution and caused stress. I have reopened a claim with ******.

    ******************, MV Trac and Countrywide have a contact together to take vehicles away and moving them prior to retreating them. I was informed by the *** from ******** which the phone calls are recorded that they have vendors that will move these vehicles once they have been paid for reinstated. These companies really need to be throughly investigated, check their database and the computer systems. Scrub everything I sure there are other consumers that have gone through this and no one is doing anything about this! This has to stop. Enough!!

    I entered into a title loan contract with ******** (***) for $5,000 for my $24,000 KBB valued vehicle in December 2023 to provide my child a Christmas, due to the total loss of my residence by Hurricane *** and the receivership and nonpayment by **************************. I am in the process of filing bankruptcy. Unfortunately, I did not provide the notice to creditors to Sky in time to prevent a repossession after futile attempts to resolve prior to filing. Sky, MVTrac LLC (MVT), Speedie's Recovery of S. FL (*********), and their agents (Sky, et al.) are in violation of FL Constitutional Art. 1, Sec. 23 and FL Statutes Sec. 329, 537, 714, 819, 934, and 943 as were I was illegally surveilled, tracked, video recorded, followed, and watched without knowledge by recorded on my home surveillance system, other cameras, and witnessed by people, including myself. I never received the statutorily required notice to surrender vehicle from *** prior to repossession. My vehicle was repossessed from a private apartment complex by ********* that breached the peace as complex property was moved and quite possibly damaged to remove my vehicle. **************** provided no on call a non working phone number to local law enforcement. Keyless and automatic, my vehicle was most likely damaged in the repossession as well. Sky, ****. will not provide me the location or working contact information of my vehicle to obtain my personal property. I have medication, credit, house keys, other PII and HIPAA documentation, and other items of value in this vehicle. My vehicle was unregistered and the icense plate was surrendered prior to the payoff date by Sky, et al. I am still paying insurance on the vehicle. After repeated contact, Sky, et al. ** refusing to return my personal items, in addition to all about Florida Statute violations.

    I spoke with ****** at MV Track first and he told me that my vehicle was at one place and he gave me the number to contact the place where my vehicle is supposed to be at and then the place stated that they did not have my vehicle it was at another location and they gave me MV Tracking number contacted them again and **** was so rude like we told you all we had and anything else you need to contact your financial company, then I just asked for a manager was told that it would take 2 hours for the manager to call me back so then I decided to continue to speak with **** and his nonchalant attitude was crazy so I asked him to go ahead and put in so I can speak with the manager to report his attitude. **** up then had someone from the finance company to call with me on three way he has the nerves to tell her that he only wanted to speak with her because he already had a fight with me, like we had done laid hands on each other but then was getting smart with the lady from the finance company.     The company colluded with ****************** and **** towing by sitting on paperwork to send to the towing company so there would be increased costs and delays. Already lose of work and therefore pay has made this even more unfortunate and damaging to say the least. Valuables in the car that was repossessed were ruined and never was allowed to access them. The towing happened on a Sunday when everything was closed, again on purpose.

    on Dec 2023 this company had my car repoed for a title loan ythat I did not take out. The loan is for a Star ******* and my name is ************************* and I am the only and legal owner of the car
