  I'm not even writing a negative review about my vehicle not being released even though a payment was made, I am writing one because they will not answer the phone, or respond to emails to even give me a heads up on what city and state(I was out of town when the vehicle was picked up) the vehicle is in. I have medication that I it's too early for a refill authorization, and I just need to already be in place when I'm allowed to access, or pick it up. Not looking for sympathy, just my medication.

  Your company are thieves!!!! I have called every single day since last Saturday with no call backs. My sons car was repossesed and i have personal belongings in that vehicle which includes my daughters ashes and money. I will be contacting an attorney and you will be paying me back my money for my daughters ashes and the money that was in the car. You all need to be closed down!!!

  First they tell me they don't have the car. I called right back and someone else told me they do, but I have to call another company that they outsourced the tow to. I call them and they tell me that even though everything was paid and ready for release, they're just too busy to release the car for 3 days. I called them back and asked for a supervisor 3 times and all 3 times they refused. These people are crooks indeed!

  Hello, I am writing this email because you confirmed that you have my car the day after Thanksgiving. I spoke to your rep on Nov 20 and provided the address:************************************************************************************************************** On. Nov 22 I gave notice to the attorney (copied on this email) under the assumption that you did your due diligence for the company that contracted you. I furthure explained that the car was uninsured and needed to be picked up immediately, your representative agreed that he would ensure that the vehicle was picked up asap. On the day after Thanksgiving I called and a male rep put me on hold and later stated that you received the vehicle. Per your establishment the calls are recorded and I will be checking my call records to confirm the exact time for your reference and subpoena if necessary. Today I called into Ally Auto and they have no record of the vehicle being picked up. When I called in a rep named Art was very disrespectful and he told me that you did not have my car. He also stated that there is absolutely no record of me calling your establishment regarding my vehicle. At 2:34pm: called again to request a manager and I was hung up on. At 2:38pm: I spoke with a female representative she stated that you did have possession and she needed to call 3 lots to see who had the car. After coming back to the phone she stated that she got no response. When I began to ask for info to confirm that my vehicle was in your possession I could hear the female rep being coached by a male rep to hang up on me immediately. I was given no definitive information. I made MULTIPLE REQUESTS to have my call escalated and also left messages and I have received no correspondence. I believe that your company has either lost or stolen my car. I

  I was gone for a mission for the Army and my accounts were hacked so nothing was paid, and my car was taken. While I try to get everything together i figured let me get my belongings out of the vehicle. I have been trying to retrieve my personnel items out of my vehicle which include military/ Government equipment, but they do not answer their phone or return calls. Looking at all of the other reviews I see this is a tactic they are using so they can keep the belongings of the people vehicles they have. It seems they ignore the calls just long enough so they can claim ownership of the belongings and do as they wish with them. They tell you to fill out a form online, but they do not contact you, or even tell you which location your vehicle is at. I will now have to contact JAG military law services and local police to let them know they have Government equipment and refuse to return phone calls, or the equipment and I am not the only service member they have done this to apparently. For all Finance companies that use this company you need to switch to another organization to assist with your vehicle towing needs, and if any government organizations use their services, I will try my hardest to get any contracts i can ended with them. one way or another.

  This is for the ******* Location. They are criminals. They are Thief's and liars. ***** one of the drivers stole all my tools and laptop (most of them were my deceased fathers). Then proceeds to lie and claim he had no access to inside of my car which is total BS I have text from him stating he was in my car and I met with him to get some belongings from inside my car he "gathered" for me. Which was half the stuff in my car defiantly not all plus wanted to charge me some bogus $50 convenience fee to pickup on a Saturday afternoon at like 1pm that's after hours apparently. He is not very intelligent though claiming to insurance he had no access to inside of my car. When auction place obtained the car and I went there to get rest of my belongings they showed me how car came in and ***** had busted my back seat to get into my trunk and went through everything in my car. What a joke of a company when all they have are complaints about theft by their employees. Real stand up Company, keeping it professional. I hope this man looses his job and has to pay for what he stole from me. Obviously I was not the first victim of this company's theft problem and I guarantee I won't be their last. They need to be put out of business and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. Your employees represent you essentially and for these issues to constantly be happening over and over .. It shows the lack of concern as a company they have for others belongings, the reputation it gives them and allowing criminal acts to take place repeatedly with obviously no major repercussions. It's honestly pathetic and they should be embarrassed as a company. I will see you guys in Court soon! I will not tolerate someone taking the last bit of things I have left of my father who passed away in a tragic car accident last year. You guys don't get to decided that I don't get those things that's not your choice. Tow truck driver making executive decisions I see.

  Horrible. I left one star cuz I had to they deserve zero. Their employees conduct and actions are nothing short of criminal. When the criminal matter initiated by one of their employees is settled in my favor, based on their employees lies and false allegations just to gain possession of my vehicle. I intend to hold them accountable and *** the h*** out of them.
