    Had an awful and terrible experience with *** and its Alexandria dealership in particular, I booked my 2020 330xi with service advisor ********************* for checkup on a 3rd occurrence of a very loud and terrible squeaking brake pad noise (embarrassing and head ****** ). The car has done only 24K miles in 27 months of its life, which isnt excessive miles by any standard. The first issue happened around 11K-12K miles and they basically cleaned up the breaks on each occasion and said it will be OK and probably related to dust e.t.c, with original issue starting back in almost 13th month of getting the new car. Unless you are driving on tracks e.t.c, or brake harshly on city driving everyday, theres no way these thing go bad in 13 month and needing to be replaced at 24k Miles, I drive in DMV region and live in a suburban area and do not use this car for commute. They have the idrive driving analysis to confirm my driving style. I also had a real hard time getting a pre-confirmed loaner vehicle on the day from the advisor *******On this third occasion of the same issue, I was told that brake isnt covered under standard 4yr/50K miles warranty, I told them this is a third occurrence and theres no idrive warning displayed for any excessive use or sensor warning e.t.c to replace the pads and rotors . They investigated and said that the pads are worn out and you need to replace them along with rotors and I had to pay ~$1200 to replace my pads, new rotors and sensor at 24K miles. I told them this isnt normal for a new car, this noise started in 13th month requiring new breaks and rotors in 24K and asked them to fix this under warranty. They were a complete brick wall, I spoke to their Service manager and Service director to no avail and they termed this under wear and tear item which isnt covered, they showed no empathy at all and very appalling in their customer services.

    BMX X 5 2022 front collision alert sensor did not work We bought BMX X 5 2022 model in May 2022. My wife routinely parks in two car garage. Two days back when she was trying to park at a slow speed but the vehicle accelerated and damaged the side and rear of the parked vehicle and front of BMU was damaged as well. Obviously, the front collision alert sensor and brake did not work. I reported it to BMU but no response. Never buy *** again.
