      While having my tires replaced, the technician damaged the door lock. After speaking to the manager, he set up an appointment to have a certified tech fix it. The tech failed to fix the door lock, and I had to seek a separate technician elsewhere that said that the pin was knocked out from pushing the key to hard into the lock, and the other tech failed to put a pin in to fix the lock. The shop also stated I declined an alignment on my paperwork, when I specifically requested one to be done. I'm pretty sure that is considered false documentation.

      The car x on *********** needs to be investigated and charged with credit card fraud, theft, breach of contract, and negligence! They take a women's car lie about doing the work charge your credit report finance and let your car slowly break down thinking you will bring go it back and they wont get caught. Well, God had other plans. Shame on you. Even seeing the proof and admitting it these men still couldn't tell me sorry. I was served an eviction notice due to the money I lost from not working and double paying for the same job, diagnostic tests and had to say no body even has the decency to say SORRY! They are the worst kind of person.

      I am sorry that ********* had an unpleasant experience at one of our franchised stores. It was noted that ********* was given a refund and free oil changes. She signed a release as well. The owner for the franchise is perplexed why she decided to post a negative review. Sincerely,

      We went to work with Car-X as the dealership we bought our vehicle from worked with them. At first, the manager was very accommodating as she worked with the dealership. Then, communication was terrible with us. They would have our vehicle for days at a time, even with an appointment scheduled, and would not touch it until we called for an update. When we did call for an update, they said that they had to wait for the manager because they didn't know what was going on. They stated they did a full inspection, but they did not as multiple issues with our vehicle came up. They replaced the catalytic converters without doing a full workup- so we replaced functioning, very expensive pieces and did not actually fix the issue. They said that the repeated check engine light was "not their problem" after we kept bringing it back. When we brought it to another mechanic, they found that the oil was leaking, that the transmission fluid needed to be changed, that the catalytic converters they put in were aftermarket and did not fit with the current gaskets, and they put in the oxygen sensors wrong, so they had to be replaced.

      Went there because I have coupon for oil change & tire rotation. They refused to do tire rotation because I have one different tire. They said to buy two new tires for the front. I said not in budget at this time.About two years ago I got a side blowout (from hitting a curb) on one of the four origional tires. Replaced it with a new tire, of same type (different brand name), so it does have slightly better tread.I have gotten tire rotations from two different auto shops and they said nothing about the one different tire.So who is wrong?

      We will rotate tires that are mismatched as long as they are the same size. Tire size information is found on the tire itself.  If you find that your tires are all the same size, please call customer service at ************** for additional assistance.  Thank you.

      The manager at the ************* was screaming about a minority customer in her presence, telling staff they didnt need to listen to him. When he went to use the bathroom she slammed her hands repeatedly on the counter, looking at this writer and pointing at the bathroom. She yelled, THAT?! THAT nationality gets mad and ****** all over our floors! I have attempted for some time to discuss with corporate and they do not return my calls nor address the email. They must condone discriminatory actions of staff, and even management? This is very upsetting

      Our District Manager reached out to **************** after she sent multiple letters to our corporate office. He had a nice conversation with her and addressed her concerns.       Le cambiearon el radiador a mi minivan, medi cuenta que el GPS ni el radio servian me dijeron que lo **** a ******* primero que lo llevara tal dia les dije es el unico carro que tengo esos **** no podia cuando podia dijeron que despues sali de viaje a un deporte de mi hijo a y les dije arreglenla y que no podian?? por que la tenian que mandar a ****** para reset everything. Tube que llevarme una bocina para conectar mi telefono!!!! Ahora quiero vendor la camioneta y no me la quieren areglar .ahora disen que ellos nos **** hacer el favor !!!! Esta conpaia ocupa una buena demanda si alguien se quiere unir para buscar un abogado esto ya es demaciado hacen lo que quieren

      This guest came in with a radiator problem in the beginning of the year. We fixed the radiator problem by replacing the radiator and doing a radiator flush. a radiator. She returns almost a year later claiming that we damaged her car stereo and the backup camera. These items having nothing to do with the radiator work we performed. Her car has been in our parking lot for almost a month, and she doesn't answer the phone to pick up her vehicle.

      The incompetence with this company is thick, from the "mechanics" all the way up to corporate management/ownership. My vehicle recently went in for a transmission fluid change, and their incompetent mechanic put CVT fluid in my automatic transmission. After noticing their serious mistake on my invoice, and feeling a rough shift from 2nd to 3rd, I took the car back. I was sent to 3 different locations to have multiple flushes done and have transmission "specialists" look at my car. Clearly not transmission "specialists," I was told by these people that putting the wrong transmission fluid in the car isn't going to hurt it. Really? Then why do they call it the WRONG fluid? Do some googling, talk to any REAL mechanic, and you will quickly look like a fool making that statement to get out of your less than satisfactory/damaging work. On top of all of this, when my car came out of their shop, it had a 2 foot crack down the windshield. And of course, they know nothing about that either. I have worked with multiple store managers, the district manager (****), the operations manager (****), all of which are useless, and cannot get a call back from the owner, because he won't fess up to their damage. So now, off to court we go, which is really senseless, because I have written documentation from the store that originally put the wrong fluid in, stating they made the mistake. At least this will be an easy case to win. DO NOT USE ANY CAR X! The only reason I did is because I bought a car from Enterprise, and this is who they used when they put new tires on it for me.

      This response is on behalf of the Operations Manager for our franchise, BREX, **** dba Car-X **** and Auto. 

      Several certified technicians have driven the guests' car and found no issues with the transmission.  A different location did put the wrong transmission fluid.  However, this was corrected, and the right fluid was installed a few days later.  To ease the guest mind, we performed several fluid flushes at no cost to him.

      Second, the windshield crack he is referring to is due to a rock chip in the windshield.  The crack was noticed by the guest after he picked up his car from a second location and before bringing it to their corporate office in *********.  

      The guest remains unhappy and is asking for a new transmission.  Our franchise is not going to condemn the transmission when it is having zero fluid-related concerns.  Surveillance footage revealed that no tools or anything made contact with his windshield during its stay in our shop.

      The last they have heard from the guest he stated that he was escalating the matter and contacting his attorney.
