      They charged Me ******* for fixing the bushings and bearings then broke the sensor they said they fixed it but a week later it is broke again then told us it would be another ****** I tried contacting the *** with no response now I can only use my truck in 2 wheel drive .The Manager was very cocky bad customer service.I am disabled and on a budget it was a major finance for Me to have it fixed. That's Why I am dissatisfied. K. Cross

      Reading the complaints, I now see why I'm having a difficult time getting any relief from CarX. Took my car in for a noise (rattling) coming from under vehicle. Was told, I needed a ** compressor which was going run me *******. I told them the ** works fine, and if they were sure that was the problem. Was told it was. After completing the work I picked up vehicle only to hear the same noise. A different tech put it back on lift and then determined it was the heat pan rubbing against exhaust pipe. He wielded it back together, no noise. Asked about the misdiagnosed on the **, and was told by store manager although missed misdiagnosed I still needed compressor, I argued I didn't and that he was making excuses for the technician bad call. Said only thing he could do is offer me ****** off some future work and a free oil change. I said to him you want me to trust you again with my vehicle and charge me more money just to get 100 off!!!! That my friend was a slap I. The face. Said I should be refunded price of compressor which they charged me for. Said corporate doesn't allow that and all he could do was knock ****** off of.a couple of repairs. WOW!!!! Tried calling corporate headquarters, but to no avail. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do your research and beware of the wolf in sheep's clothing.

      Went to have my oil change at car X had a coupon said $34.99 for a full synthetic oil change Up to 5 qt. ended up being $96. I feel I've been cheated and this is false advertisement and I want my money back.

      My coolant empty and need to refill. Carx manager **** and ******* play their customer. **** said that he filled full of the coolant. And when I come back to check is still empty. he asked me come back here. when I come back here he already left. The another manager ******* said dont have time and kicking me out. He said they are busy and dont have time to check for me. Super bad service. Address: ***************************************************************

      I went to have my car aligned with CarX on March 10,2023. After waiting for one hour and a half, I was told that I needed new tie rod ends and some chassis product. The total cost would be $1374.84. It would take them one hour to get the parts I was told the car was dangerous to drive and I could not leave. I was exhausted and insisted that I was leaving. They finally gave me my car and I left. I had the car aligned at *************** today March 22, 2023 for $ 140.00,GG

      I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. ****, an employee tried to charge me $1300 to have my brakes replaced. **** told me my brakes were in terrible shape and needed to be replaced immediately. I went to another mechanic, this mechanic informed me that my brakes were fine and didn't need to be replaced until another 6 months. Car x tire cross threaded the bolts on my tire, the bolts were on so tight it took hours to get the tires off. Car x tire tried to take advantage of a young girl by forcing her to pay an exuberant amount for brakes that didn't need to be replaced. Unethical.

      I gave my **** ***** CRV for oil leak repair. they did horrible job and didn't fix my ************ me heavy saying that they put lot of effort to find an issue. at least I can drive before going to this Carx location now its totally broken because of them. and stuff here is very very very very rude. they asked me to pay for breaking my car.

      my daughter at college needed a new battery, not realizing how much a new car battery should cost, walked out with a $475.00 total bill for the battery. Called the store asking about the charges and said there was nothing they could do as that is the price that is generated by their system. He said it is what it is. I will tell her never to use this place if she ever has any more problems

      Almost killed my family. Pictures should be allowed on here. *** not use this company. I tried talking to corporate they don't respond. Got a call saying your car is done and ready to go. They told me it was tough. In reality the job was never done. They almost killed my family (law suit pending). Attached are the pictures of how they sent me home. You can see the wrench marks. Please use anyone but this company. I'll be adding more later...

      On 9./23 ************** filed a complaint with our office after he had an alignment done at our location in ************, **. After picking up his car he claimed that a bolt had snapped off on a rear wheel arm. He stated that he was having his car fixed someplace else and asked for his money back. Our store spoke to ************** and gave him the option to bring his car back so we could check the work that we did. Or he could bring his car to another one of stores. The guest never followed up with the store or our corporate office. Typically, visual confirmation is needed to move forward on helping our guest. At this time, we have not heard from **** nor have we gotten any documentation from the dealership supporting his claim.

      I went to CarX in ******* ******** for a wheel alignment on 6/21/22. After the service was done I wasn't given a print out of the alignment specs. I drove the car for a little over a month tires screeched at almost every turn and handled awful. I went to do a tire rotation and my tires are wearing horribly, inside of the tires are almost bald. Took it back to CarX in ******* on 8/2/22 and this time I requested a print out, the manager claimed that the printer was broken. After 20 mins or so he came back with a broken wrench in his hand and said that he couldn't do anything for me but give me a refund because he didn't want to break any more tools. Not only did they not give me a alignment but now my steering wheel is off center and my tires are wearing uneven and will have to be replaced because of it. And from my experience as a technician there's no way you are going to break a opened end wrench from trying to loosen or tighten a bolt especially a 22mm wrench. The bolt will strip out before the wrench breaks, I'm assuming he keeps this broken wrench in his toolbox and uses this excuse a lot.

      On 6/21 our guest came to Car-X in ******* for a wheel alignment. We followed our normal procedure making sure that the front end parts were tight and the alignment could be done safely. We aligned the vehicle and customer left with their car. A month later our guest returned, stating his rear tires were wearing unevenly, He rotated the tires to the front and asked us to re-check the alignment. We put the car on our alignment machine checking the measurements, which were off. We made the adjustment to the front of the vehicle and attempted to make the rear toe adjustment. We informed our guest we would not be able to complete the alignment due to difficulty with removing one the nuts and breaking a wrench. Also, one of the support brackets which holds the bar in place was heavily rusted and flexing and seemed that it would break. We were not able to help this guest and decided to refund them for the initial alignment. The guest thanked us and left our store. We did not hear back from them until now.
