  I give ******** a 5 star rating. She is very professional and dedicated at her job. She was quick to finding me the transportation and always kept me updated on the date of pick up and arrival. Very attentive to making sure everything was done correctly on her part and walked me through the process on the paperwork made sure I understood everything. She communicates very well to make sure everything goes good. Thank you very much ******** you're wonderful.

  Picked up my car on time. However, they missed the delivery date and refused to deliver to the agreed-upon address. They are holding my car at an undisclosed location and refuse to give me any details until I send 1.2k. I'd like to see my car first before I pay and they refuse, it feels like ******. I'm sure they are fine as a broker, but they don't take care with the shippers they work with. Once you book, you are completely on your own. Beware.

  Excellent honest service from ********. Auto Shipping Group handled my transportation request honestly and quickly. The first price I was quoted was very reasonable and it never changed. The driver picked up my vehicle on date I was told and delivered it on the date I was told. Other companies I spoke with were very shady with constant quote increases. I will only do business with Auto Shipping Group and I will refer all my friends and family to them.

  ************************* has been amazing to work with she always finds a driver and communicates with me through the entire shipping process which is very important to me. My vehicles always show up on time with zero problems. ASG will always be my go-to for any of my auto shipping needs, highly recommended!

  I didn't think I would find old school service in the transport industry but I did.....Amazing experience in shipping my car from ********** ** to ******, and I don't say that lightly. My out of pocket expenses was less than was quoted, a totally seamless and no stress experience. Who like parting over $3000 to someone you never met. After talking toh the customer service member ******* that ended any suspicion.

  ******* with Auto Shipping Group provided outstanding service for entire reservation (twice). Communication was clear and constant providing an increase feeling on safety and security for both of our cars. She helped provide transportation for my classic car from Northern ******** to *********** and my wife's car from Northern ******** to Oahu. She reduced our overall stress with her professionalism which helped during our complex military move. She provided a competitive price that was VERY reasonable with the dynamic fuel pricing this year and multiple delivery locations. Being my 5th+ time utilizing an auto transport company, I would absolutely recommend Auto Shipping Group (specifically, *******) for anyone looking for a car transportation service in the future.

  As you know when you are looking for a service to transport your vehicles it can sometimes become overwhelming due to the high dollar amount of your vehicles or worried that there might be damage. Worst of all as you are thinking about contacting an auto transport company sometimes you feel like you might be scammed due to hidden fees where they want to charge you first or better yet a shipping coordinator contacting you once only to ghost you after.Well put those worries aside as one of the most professional shipping coordinators I had the privilege of contacting is here. ******* from Auto Shipping company was great at getting me quotes and answering any questions I had. It was nerve wracking to begin with before hand due to so many transport companies out there with extra hidden costs or charging you and the driver not showing up never hear from said company again. This on top of trying to move your family and get a house sold. ******* put those worries to bed with being a awesome wingman making sure the car transport situation was streamlined. She even accommodated a short turn around for me as I finally made the decision to want to have my cars transported at the last minute. She kept constant communication and continued updates through email,phone call,and text about when and where my cars would be transported. Even after hours she left her number with me in case I needed to changed dates and even after pick up stayed with me through the process.I wish all transport companies had ******* as a Shipping coordinator. Some of the greatest customer service. I have had my car shipped 5 times while being in the military for *********************************************************** getting the job done that I need. Give this lady a raise!!
