  I was working to schedule to have my vehicle shipped from ************ to **********, **. The first offer for shipment had a delivery date that was way before my availability, and wasnt within the time range I provided so the driver told me to find a different carrier. On previous shipments (with different carriers) they would place the vehicle in storage and I could pick up the vehicle from there. For the second carrier assignment, I was in transition from ************ to ** and was contacted by ASG with a 1-2 hour window to accept this carrier, it was above the original quote, and I didnt have time to arrange to have someone available to give the carrier access to the vehicle (as I was already in transit). When the third carrier was assigned by ASG, I was already in **. I had 3 hours notice, and had to hustle to make sure my neighbors in ************ could be available to allow the carrier access to the vehicle. The carrier was supposed to arrive between 7pm-9 pm PST (10pm-12am EST) and the driver never showed. I called the carrier and they were condescending and not helpful. They had no answer for why they just didnt let me know they werent coming (fully acknowledge this is the carrier and not ASG). At this juncture, the pattern of extremely short notice for shipping and unreliable service was too much. It is difficult to arrange for someone to be there for the carriers on such short notice. I have shipped this vehicle 4 other times with other companies and they always scheduled a date in advance and has a temp storage option. I was charged for the deposit even though the vehicle was never picked up. I asked to have that refunded and that I wanted to change companies. **** from ASG, said it was not refundable. I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone in upper management and have yet to receive a contact or any information. Again, I have shipped this vehicle 4 other times and have never had an experience like this. I do NOT recommend this company.

  We contacted *********************** from ASG with a bit of an emergency. We had signed up with another company to move our Bronco to ***** and they did not come through and left us in a terrible situation. ****** was amazing - he jumped on the project, got us taken care of in less than 12 hours and for a better price! FABULOUS experience! So grateful for his help!

  ******* and ****** were fantastic to work with! They were very responsive and were able to find shippers for our Sprinter Van to meet our needs. Would most certainly use their services again! Thanks for everything!
