      Well they removed my last review at Familia. I did like the female dentist and staff but then..I had a top back tooth pulled. No problem, but then....I had a lower back tooth pulled and was so uncomfortable for about 5 days, I couldn;t eat. I actually think the tooth was infected, the dentist was fast and kind of rough and the infection came out when she pulled it. I went back and she said "dry socket" My family members have had that and said very doubtful, due to the pain involved. They gave me Tylenol for a dry socket? I think misdiagnosed is the word. At least she gave me antibiotics (Amoxcillin) would not recommend or go back there again, no matter your insurance.

      My dentist at ****** location has never even bothered to introduce herself to me. I was told I could not get top dentures with my insurance, then was told I could. I have had 3 appointments canceled by them. I started going in June and have only had some bottom fillings and 2 teeth extracted. My last appointment was supposed to be yesterday for full top extraction and dental impressions. It was canceled two hours prior. This place is the worse yet the only place around that I can get my dental work done. I am in pain and told them that,this put me back another full month.

      i got my tooth extracted over the weekend and was not given medicine, aftercare or nothing. the phone staff would not help me and kept saying they would contact me when they didnt. everyone left the office before speaking to me about my care. dr. **** is a lowlife dentist who wants his patients in pain. ive been sick due to the pain hes caused

      Familia dental screwed up my teeth. I have to pay about **** out of pocket. Threw a dentist that isn't covered by state insurance like Familia is. Worst place to go ever. They never told me I needed a lot more then fillings and when I kept calling about a tooth I told them about when I went in for a cleaning. Within 2 weeks after that it was take tylenol and ibuprofen. Use mint tea bags I'm on my second round of antibiotics with in a month apart and had to have a tooth pulled. All they want is a cheap fix so you keep coming back. It's sad to say they are even a dentist at all. I'm very unhappy and might file.

      They debonded my sons braces with a space in the two front teeth. Refused to fix it. Outrageous business practices. Horrible service.

      This place is a joke! I have been walking around looking like a ********lantern since May. This will be my 5th set of impressions! Why can't they get it right? 1st a bad root canal now going on a year without a tooth.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. It took almost four months to be seen. There is no professional way to say how bad they not only ruined my jaw but did nothing to help with aftercare of the severe damage they afflicted upon me. I have bone fragments erupting from my aching jaw and I have nothing to dampen the pain. If you ask for a certain painkiller because of any other reason you will be ignored and given the run around constantly. I am in severe pain over a week after extraction, barely sleeping, and I have spent hours on the phone with a call center and some voicemails to get nothing corrected: a cautionary tale. Do not ever use this dentist. Find somewhere else.

      Really don't deserve a star cause I hate it went and got a filling in 2020 and still haven't gotten it filled in 2023 they push back your apts were dealing with them all your teeth will be rotten and or done fell out they over book people then wen they catch it they constantly cancel it's sad unprofessional and really needs to be shut down smh

      I had work done in March and in September I received a statement for services. I paid my bill when in March. I love the staff! I called billing several times today was the worse I spoke to a young man and he said hold on let me check on that. After being on hold for over 30 minutes a young lady came on the line asking what did I need help with. She told me the people in billing left for the day! The young man just didn't want t help me. So unprofessional

      It should not take 2 hrs for an appointment 1 hour was because they overbooked. The next 40 minutes straightening out insurance and 15 minutes to clean teeth.
