      Pursuing the PsyD degree and Two Chairs left, one without notice and the other with short notice and a replacement Chair was not assigned until I asked what was going on within the Department. I went "two months" without feedback and the University is still trying to ask for payment for a service that was never completed; causing me to continuously repeat the Doctoral Project again and asking for payment. The loss of two Academic Chairs has negatively impacted my ability to complete the ***** requirements.

      I am rejecting this response because: Calsouthern responded with information regarding my entire involvement with the ** program and this is not isolating the areas of concerns, which are; two months went by with no Academic feedback from Chairs that have decided to leave without notice. The loss of Chairs has negatively impacted my ability to successfully complete the **III program in a timely fashion. 
      "Generally, a university should not charge a student for a course if the professor leaves with no replacement for two months, as the student is not receiving the service they paid for, and the university has a responsibility to ensure the course is completed."
