    We decided to go to Enterrium on a Tuesday evening. We being myself, my husband and my two children. Upon entering we saw a sign for, Unlimited Bowling. The options at Enterrium are bowling, arcades and a bar/restaurant. We decided to bowl based on the advertisement. After booking the bowling we were told we could not eat in that area. OK, we decided we would eat when we were done bowling. One hour exactly passes and our lane for bowling shut down. We call over an employee who explains that there is now a wait to bowl, so we need to exit the bowling area and if we want to bowl again we can get on a wait list. It is now 6pm, and our children are young. So we cant foresee wanting to stay long enough to get on a wait again. We didnt feel this was properly advertised and decided to ask for a manager. The manger, *********************** comes over, and instead of listening to my concerns he asks us to leave. Immediately he created a hostile situation. I explained my intention wasnt to upset him, he ignored me and pretended to call security. Again, he demanding that we leave the building. There is no security on site, for context. My husband attempted to also diffuse his anger but ****** continued. It was bizarre. Moments later the power went out on all 8 lanes. All of which were full. After leaving, on our own terms shortly after - I started to search for ownership of Enterrium because his behavior should be noted. Its very difficult to locate a corporate office within the states. ****** is unstable and single handedly created a bizarre and intense scene in front of children and customers.
