    I called Enterrium in Early May. I had a hard time reaching staff during normal business hours about possibly booking my daughter for her 11th birthday. I called and left messages with the Event Coordinator who never called me back. After not getting in touch with anyone in well over a week I called numerous times on 5/17/23 and FINALLY got to speak to a human being. I asked for a Manager and one was not available but they did give Manager **** my information. For what its worth **** did get back to me and apologize and told me he reached out to the event coordinator who said she called me on 5/12 which is not correct, I even checked my phone records to confirm. **** tells me that he spoke to the event coordinator who will get this taken care of for me and call me back the same day. I talked to **** twice on 5/17/23. Never got the call back and now I have wasted almost 2 weeks and have to now pivot somewhere else and hope people will show because now they might have made other plans and my daughter needs to pick something else to do. Greatly disappointed and this is not the experience you want to have. You try to give them your business and it seems they do not want it. Was called back on 5/18 and event coordinator was snarky and was telling me she called me even though my phone company has no record. She also said she is only one person trying to do all the events at her job. Either you need more help or you need to be more organized in your position. Telling someone you called them when you clearly did not is trying to cover up the fact you did not do your job. Now I have to find last minute a new place to host my daughters party, thanks for everything.
