    I have only been with Alleviate/Forth since the end of May, I was told that I could have all my cards reconciled for payment plans within 6 months. However, I got my first settlement to approve on June 18th. I was thrilled that it came that quick. Once I approved it, I noticed that the dates were July 31, August 30 and Sept 1. no problem as I already had enough money in the account to pay the debt. They sent me a SMS message on 6/18/25 I responded within 3 minutes and got the Thank you text back that my authorization was received. Only to find out 30 days (7/17/25) later that they received a new settlement offer for $37.00 more than the 1st offer for the same card. I have asked how this could be, and only to be asked over and over to approve the new settlement, why when the first offer was accepted. I refuse to approve it as I have already approved that settlement for that card. When I spoke to someone this afternoon 7/23/25 he told me that I see in our system where we received your approval, but it was never sent to the creditor. So that settlement isn't available. Please tell me how is that my problem. I have tried to cancel, and they have talked me out of it.

    ***** was FANTASTIC!!! I called in a dead panic to the point of distraction. She calmed me down enough to be able to determine that I had unintentionally caused a **** problem for myself and helped me get it straightened out.Thank you SO much for being such a good company to have an especially kind, understanding, and caring person for us to talk to in a panic situation. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! for having ***** there for me!!! (She even had me laughing by the time I hung up - hard thing to do).

    this company is linked to clarity dedt resolution after a year of paying then they lied to me and three days later i wanted to cancel and to stop me from canceling,they made me false promisis to this day Ihave paid them $6000 and only a ***** card they destryed my credit bad decision .I would have resolved it better.

    Juana was so very helpful. Guardian would not help me and told me that they couldn't call forth to get my check overnighted to me. They were supposed to notify forth back in May that my payments were completed. Juana cancelled the check Guardian had requested and created a new ticket for a check that will be overnighted. What a delight to talk to someone that was helpful and solved my problem.

    I have been paying forth since December 2024 I was told 3 to 6 months for 6 accounts to be settled. As of today only 1 has been settled. Im spending 300 plus a month with no results. At this point I want to cancel.

    ****** from Forth Pay helped me solve a difficult problem two different times. She was accurate, helpful and understanding; amazing customer service. She took care of a problem someone else the day before couldnt take care of. She also has a sparkling personality like a bright light. I truly appreciate all of her efforts.

    Well it's been past 7 to 10 business days and still no refund of the monies they had taken out of my bank account. Really hurting now with the creditors since I need that money returned in order to pay them with it
