I contacted forth back in February while waiting for them to settle my debts and still paying them up until June.nothing has been done throughout all that time. when I cancelled program I had paid them over 1200 dollars.but they only refund me just 464.i will never trust those scamers again.when ask where is rest of my money they always claim they had others fees to pay.i wouldnt. advise anybody to deal with that group. I was waiting going on 5 months and they had done nothing. all it did was mess up my credit rating.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: the amounts they provided on the audit kept changing on what they were telling me, the ***. **** me 3 different amounts for the complete balance but none of them match with their own online account with the incoming and outgoing that is listed. This even confused the *** that did the audit. I am lodging a complaint with the **** as well.

I signed up with guardian litigation group on June 5, 2025. After reading the fine print I decided to cancel. I had three days to cancel. I canceled on the 9th which was a day before my 3 day grace ******* I faxed them and sent them a telegram which cost me $79. Anyway, I confirmed that I was canceled, however on the 10th of June, Forth still withdrawal $515.67 even after the cancelation was confirmed. I immediately called and was told that I would get my money back in 7-10 days. I finally received my refund in the amount of $481.77. This refund is short $33.90. I called to find out why it was short. I was told that they have fees to set things up. I was never told that and this company did nothing to earn the $33.90. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!!! Your response implies a lack of responsibility or power to remedy this situation, yet did specifically admit that the debt relief services is your company, note their use of the word "our" when you referred to it. I am rejecting this response because:The document required to stop any ACH withdrawals along with refunds being issued is requesting that I do not hold Forth liable from any actions unless legally necessary for any reason. I do not wish to sign that specific document as they have taken fees for transactions in regards to Forth's partnership with **************************
I wish to sign a document without that statement. I wish to sign a document that states two items.
1. That I only want to stop ACH withdrawals from my bank account.
2. To refund any remaining balance to my chosen checking account.
No other information that was on the original document will be agreed to at this current time unless Forth wishes to refund any fees taken on behalf of transactions made by **************************
contact your servicer if you have any questions" that showed proof that my request has been ************ of June 14, ************************************************************************* the Forth account and that brings cause for concern. I am currently in talks with *******************, the entity that set up this account, as well as ***********************, the entity I began the process that led me to Guardian Litigation, about concerns over their business dealing and any party involved that has helped secure funds in with these companies. No outline or request for unclaimed charges were presented to me when opting out of the program with Guardian Litigation that would require any additional funding to the Forth account, and with that statement the funds transferred were done without prior authorization and the balance left has no further designated need at this moment. I will hold Forth and all parties involved for fees incurred while waiting for the funds to return.

I signed up with Setforth for their debt relief program under the impression that they would help settle my debts in a way that would result in meaningful savings. During the initial consultation and setup process, there was no clear disclosure about any service fees, especially not the substantial amounts they would eventually charge. They are not honest nor are they transparent about their program. You have to agree with them to find out about the hidden fees, then they tell you this is on the contract that you sign that they force you to sign on the phone with them quickly. This company is a complete scam.After I enrolled and opened the required account, ************************* began withdrawing money from my personal bank account, which I understood was to be used for settling debts with my creditors. However, once settlement agreements were reached, I was shocked to discover that Setforth was charging a 25% fee based on the original debt amount, not the reduced settlement amount. This left me with very little actual ********** practice, this means that instead of paying only the negotiated settlement, I am also being charged hundreds or even thousands of dollars in additional fees. As a result, the total cost becomes nearly equal to the original debt, undermining the entire purpose of using a debt relief service. I feel this is deceptive and exploitative.Desired Resolution:I am requesting a partial refund of the excessive fees charged and that Setforth disclose all fees clearly and transparently to future customers upfront, before enrollment. I believe their current practice is misleading and takes advantage of people who are already in financial distress.Business Response

There was a miss representation of the program. I was told that my bills would be paid not one by one which is causing late payment charges on all other bills. But all bills would be negotiated and paid. I see one bill being paid twice a month. The balance isnt decreasing by much over $800 is being taken out each month and the bill is only $310. I would never pay off my bills at this rate. This is a total scam that is ruining my credit ratings. I no longer will be paying into this business because of the fraudulent representation of their program.Business Response

****** ******ontract suggests Forth can act on instructions from the ******************* Provider (DRSP), but it doesnt clarify that fees can be charged before I made any payments into the ********** services were provided at the time of this payment, nor were any creditors contacted. I had not made an initial payment, which was why *******, an affiliated company, refused me service. I assumed the program would begin after my first payment, so I was surprised to see fees deducted before it had even ********** seems both unreasonable and misleading for Forth to charge fees before services were provided, and when no payments had been made. I called the company 3 times yesterday and was on the phone for over an hour each time, supposedly waiting for a manager to approve my cancelation. Doesn't seem like a manager even exists. I talked to 3 different people, last call there was a dog barking. I called originally on April 7th on a recorded line to change my payment date from the 15th to the 17th, since that is when I would have funds available. But on the 15th this company still pulled from my account and my account is now in the negative. I have been in this program for way over a year and it hasn't helped much. This company is seems like a scam, only costing people more money then the original debt. They are refusing to cancel my account. Save your money and avoid this companyBusiness Response
