I requested a refund on 19 Sep 2023. It has been almost 6 weeks. Id like my refund in the full amount of $3117. Zurichs policy states I am eligible for a refund in the full amount due to the extended warranty being cancelled within the first 60 days.Business Response

On 9/14/2023 I submitted a request to cancel my extend warranty, policy #****** (last 6 digits of vin), due to trading the vehicle in. When I spoke to Zurich NA on 9/14/2023 on how to cancel my extended warranty, I informed them that the dealership who I purchased the warranty through was sold and no longer existed. They gave me the information on how to send in the cancelation which I did.I spoke to Zurich NA on 10/05/2023 to check on the status. They informed me the cancelation date was 9/23/2023 not 9/14/2023 when they received the notice of cancelation. They were going to charge me a $75 cancelation fee even though I don't have the vehicle anymore. And they were sending the cancelation to the dealership, that doesn't exist anymore.I spoke to the new owners, CIOCA of Duncannon **************. They said they don't handle any of Forrers business and they don't deal with Zurich. But they contacted the previous owner about this and was told they have heard nothing about this. Even though when I spoke to Zurich NA, they said the notified them on 10/01/2023, which I don't know how as this original dealership does not exist anymore.I am asking for help with getting the refund I am owed and to not be charged the cancelation fee since I do not have the vehicle anymore and do not need the warranty. And the cancelation date be set to 9/14/2023 when they received the cancelation notice.Business Response

I filed for $126 reimbursement of what I paid for something that is covered under the warranty. I was give the run around. Finally they gave me an email address to forward my paperwork to and it came back as an invalid email address. They gave me another one and I haven't heard back since. It has been over a year since I filed this claim and I continue to get the run around. I'm only off on the weekends and they are closed on the weekends.Business Response

Due to the rules and regulation of the Embassy Suites at ************************************** I was not allowed to pack my own items on the bell cart or take it to my car. During transport, my ring light was damaged and my items were missing. I quickly notified Officer ***** who said the insurance will cover the damage and missing items (value $700). I spoke to ******************************* in July about my claim. I called several times for an update. The property did not forward me a letter until October 5 stating my claim was denied. The letter was posted September 5, however. I will like to know what investigation was taken for three months and why ******* never contacted me, but contacted the property after I sent complaints to headquarters. In the last few months I have been unsuccessful in getting any replies from Zurich representatives.I had a 2015 **** car damaged at **************, ***************************************************************************, in garage 1, liquid leak, October 7th, 2022 My Director of Loss Prevention (****), *********************** *************), had the first contact with Zurich rep. I do not know what the name was. I had tried right away and had no success in a Zurich rep contacting me back. I spoke with the **** and he received the name *************************. After several calls I received ******* ************************* *************), as ****** is no longer there. Several months of no return on my calls I left a voice message with her manager, ***************** this last week and no response at number ************ I have since retired, no longer at ************** I was later contacted by rep and after signing and sending release have not received repair check. ***************************Business Response

I bought a 2015 F350 from a **** dealership certified bought and paid for a extended powertrain warranty that covered the engine in the whole powertrain about 3 months after I purchased it the engine failed due to no compression and cylinder 3 dealership Deamed did a failed engine sent a claim to insurance company they are fighting to cover it and want me to pay out of pocket a bunch of other diagnostic to prove that it's a failed engine even though they've already proved to that it is a failed engine and they are refusing to give me a rental so I do not have a vehicle to actually get to work anymore that's my problem I plan on trying to *** them if they do not resolve this is*** immediatelyBusiness Response

They did finally honor there warranty but cost me about $4,000 in losses while they messed around till they decided to let me get a loaner such a big company we are helpless against them sad world we live in I will be recommending and speaking with dealership all over **** to stop selling there warranty product

I purchased Zurich comprehensive insurance coverage for ******** on 08/02/2021. I took my car for inspection I asked for mechanic check because I was hearing noises my struts are leaking and sway bar is broken I made appointment with dealership on 09/14/2024 they tell me same thing all struts and sway bar they contact Zurich, Zurich adjuster comes out 5 days later and says 2 struts and sway bar I ask how when I got inspection they said all struts dealership says all struts and sway bar but Zurich says 1 in the front and 1 in the back to top it off they are unable to get exact part so they are charging me ***** and then dealership tells me I have to pay ***** for alignment so now I have to pay over ****** with taxes my car is getting partially fixed dealership send me on my way with no repair because they say they are waiting on parts now Ive been driving my car with bad struts and sway barBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because: what I am disputing is that struts and sway bar is not ruined from anything that I did, I should be made whole without having to pay any money. Struts and sway bar is manufacturing issue so why do I have to pay ***** for parts when its deemed not my fault? Do to manufacturing my struts need to be replaced why should I have to pay ***** for alignment do manufacture faults?

I had a car warranty and my transmission failed. Against the mechanics judgement they would only authorize a 2K part that normally costs 6k. The part lasted 1/10 of the normal time and has failed 6 weeks after the warranty expired. They did not live up to their end of the bargain and they put in part on the cheap that never should have been used in the first place.Business Response

I have a permanent partial disability claim with Zurich NA. The policy had not been paid on for over two years. The only two people who would handle my case are *********************** and ********************* their claims adjusters. It has taken a persistent campaign on my behalf for over the last four weeks, leaving voicemails, having other employees email them, just to get one on the phone. When on my most recent try I actually accomplished my goal of speaking with ***********************. She has no care for anything other than herself apparently. Extremely rude, she lied about the issues with my case, until I presented her with evidence to the contrary. She could care less about helping the issue or even being a decent human being. It's believable a giant insurance company can operate with such poor practice but it is still astonishing to witness it first hand. When I explained the difficulties in reaching her, and the fact she could still not resolved my issue without sending it off to someone else, she could only respond "OK" over and over. She could not be bothered to give one iota. I would hope to never have to deal with her again but the company refuses to let me deal with anyone else.Business Response

I have been trying to reach my adjuster or their supervisor for almost a month. On claim number **********. No one answers their phones or returns calls.
