      In December 16, 2022, a claim was filed with Zrich insurance company do 25 of the company employees at my work Nth Degree contracting the coronavirus. I spoke to *********************** that day. She took my report and on December 19, 2022. She denied my claim stating there was not enough evidence. I did not receive the insurance forms from Zrich until December 28, 2022 that needed my signature. I sent a cover letter, their forms, and my evidence of text messages, doctors note, emails and my prescription that was signed for by ******************* in January 9, 2023. I did not hear anything regarding my claim, so I reached out to *************** on 3/24/23 and she stated that she denied my claim December 19, 2022. I told her I was filing a complaint with the ******** department of insurance and the ******** Attorney General. Her superior. *********************** responded stating that my denial letter was mailed which I never received on December 19, 2022. She too is dismissing even though I emailed her everything that was mailed to them back in January. They will not acknowledge my evidence. In my email on March 27, I asked her and *********************** to cease and desist all contact. Today March 31 she sent me another email and a letter from the ** *****************, continuing to deny my claim and deny that there was any additional documentation. Him to denying that I sent my certified letter that was signed by their employee on January 9, 2022. Zrich insurance company is a fraud and needs to be completely investigated. I had more than enough proof, and they are stating that my company did not put me in ***** way yet my company allowed people to come to work that were testing positive for Covid. I would say that they put me in ***** way when I was not the only one diagnosed there were four others beside myself, so there was obviously an outbreak at my work.

      I am rejecting this response because: everything I stated in my emails to Zurich are true.  My claim was opened on December 16 and was closed three days later on December 19. I did not even receive the documents from the insurance company until the end of December and I sent them back certified mail with my evidence which showed my doctors note, text messages between me and my boss and my prescription showing that I was not the only one that got Covid. This company is notorious for denying claims, if you look at all of the reviews regarding this insurance company. I have filed a complaint with the ******** Department of insurance because they will not even acknowledge that they signed for my evidence and their paperwork on ******* 9, 2023. They are stating that there was no further information regarding my claim and they closed it on February 9  2023. How can I close a claim and say there was nothing else when they signed for my information and documentation in *******.  They are lying, *********************** is lazy because she did not do her job and investigate from the very beginning. They are trying to tell me something that is completely false and not true and this goes to show that they are still doing it. I am going to continue to file with every government agency until this is addressed at that level. Sorry they scam a lot of people and Im not letting it go until this is further investigated and my information that was sign for ******* is taken into consideration. To tell me that there is nothing else that was in my file is a complete lie!  And they are incompetent, because if they werent, they would come up with something better than all the lies theyre creating. Im not saying anything, thats not true. The proof is in their own emails. They are denying they ever received their own paperwork back with my own evidence. Sorry they are lazy, incompetent, and scammers. Read the reviews about storage company and Im not the only one complaining about them.

      I received a letter in the mail today that appeared to be from my local car dealer, that I purchased a car from a couple of years back. It said that my extended coverage for my car was expiring and that I needed to call ************** to rectify this before April 10th, 2023. The letter had my car dealerships logo on top, and the letter said that it was associated with them. I called my car dealership directly, and they said that this is absolutely NOT affiliated with them in any way. Upon doing further research online, people have reported ************** as being part of a car warranty scam. The bottom of the letter reads that it is affilated with *********************************** a member of Zurich North America. I want my mailing address removed from their system as I do NOT wish to receive such scam mail.

      Hello,I received vehicle service contract from Zurich when I purchased the vehicle. As listed in the contract I sent a cancellation notice to them with the details on 9th Jan 2023. I got a reply asking me to wait for 4-6 weeks. After 4 weeks when I contacted with them they say their team will not handle cancellations and provided with new email address and phone number. When I called them they want to start the process again. And when I asked Zurich asked about this they will disconnect the call immediately.This is unfair and illegal. In the contract I signed only Zurich information is there and also when I contacted them over email or phone they never informed this new team. This is delaying my vehicle selling process as the prospective buyer don't want this to be transferred to him after all this saga.

      Zurich American Life Insurance provided inaccurate information, failed to follow their procedures, improperly completed partial transactions, improperly delayed the processing of my requests & improperly backdated trades resulting in a loss of $13,888.94 to $14,019.54I contacted Zurich to transfer the surrender charge free amounts of my annuity into my **** This was a multi-step process which involved the completion of Zurich paperwork & an employment termination verification through ******************** *****. At multiple points during this process, Zurich explained the paperwork was not in good ************ could not process transactions until the employment verification was completed by *****. According to the information provided by Zurich on November 15, 2022, the paperwork was still not in good order with the ***** employment verification pending. We immediately contacted & completed the ***** process a 2nd time on November 15, 2022. Zurich processed a partial transaction the following day, November 16, 2022.Until November 15, 2022 Zurich maintained the paperwork was not in good order, after my advisors call on Nov.15th they determined the paperwork was in good order as of November 2, 2022. They then chose to backdate the trades 13 days and lower share valuations. I do not believe they would have even processed at that time had my advisor not called. I missed 13 days of market performance due to incorrect and untimely submission of trades and delays in the transfer of my funds to my ****Zurich only processed a partial transaction on November 16, 2022. After my advisor made another inquiry, Zurich realized they only partially completed the transaction, then processed the remaining amount on December 5, 2022. They choose to backdate this transaction 33 days to November 2, 2022, at lower share valuations. The trades should have been place on either November 15, 2022 or December 5th.

The incorrect information provided by Zurich and the admitted delays by Zurich directly resulted in significant adverse financial consequences. Zurich response shows a callous disregard to the fiduciary responsibility to its clients in terms of responded in a timely manner

      They are trying to tell me to pay out of pocket and then get a treatment plan with the cost and send it to them. I am a disabled veteran and the VA wont pay for me to see a podiatrist outside of the VA. Zurich represents ***** Fargo regarding a fall that occurred outside the front entrance. The policy is supposed to cover up to $10,000 of medical treatment. I initially paid for the first visit and was reimbursed. But now I am being told to pay out of pocket once again and wait for reimbursement. They wouldnt cover my receiving help because of my injury and I wasnt able to take care of my home. They have made excuses left and right and has only heightened my depression and anxiety.

      Purchased travel insurance on 6/22/22 for a July trip to ******. Online form did not make it clear that apparently the policy only covered one person rather than the family (apparently only my husband was covered). Both of our sons contracted ***** 19 mid trip. One was fully recovered before the planned return trip and the younger one was not. I stayed with the younger son for two extra days until he was safe to travel per CDC guidelines. Also per CDC guidelines at the time, as neither boy was seriously sick, we did not seek out a doctor's care to avoid exposing additional people. We had the boys isolate and used rapid tests, also apparently not acceptable though nothing was stated about that in the policy. Anyway claim was denied due to unclear form and Zurich's contention that we should have exposed more people to Covid unnecessarily just to get a doctor's note.

      I am rejecting this response because: The online signup form was unclear.  I was under the impression that I was buying travel insurance for the whole family trip.  Nor were the requirements for doctor visit (which would not have been recommended by the *** at the time for a mild Covid case) made clear.  I don't really expect to see any money from this but I find this company's business practices to be unsatisfactory.

      On February 3rd 2023 A dump truck lost a bunch of rock on the freeway and caused over $5000 of rock damage to my truck. Zurich is the insurance company that they carry. I have tried and tried to reach this company and they have failed to return any calls or emails.

      On July 15th 2022 a dump truck insured by zurich hit my new truck. It took zurich almost four months to have my truck repaired. ( no parts were back order, dealership had all parts ). My truck only had **** mile on it when this happened . I have tried calling to find out what's going on with the diminished value that is owed to me by law hear in *******. All i get is no answer and every mail box is full no matter when or what time of the day. One of the mail boxes says she will return on DEC. 1ST, ( REALLY ) . I HAVE EVEN TRYED CALLING THE MAIN LINE AND *** ONE WILL TALK TO ME . ***************************** at ************ no answer *********************** at ************ no answer ***************** ( manager ) at ************ no answer and will not return my calls I do not know how this company can have any rating from the BBB If this is allowed . I have lost over ******* due to the delay of ****** INSURANCE and still have not been compensated for my lost ,I hope that I can count on the BBB to make them due what is right and the law, if not then they should have an F or D- rating that shows other company's that might wont to use them . I will try again and my next e-mail and written will be to the ********************** of ******* and ******* to report on how they are doing business in there state..
