      My husbands motorcycle was back into by a Mac truck The company's communication is horrible. They keep making excuses to not pay out even though we knew it was a total loss by the 2nd week. They keep sending the wrong paperwork and stated that we made a mistake but will not show proof of the mistake. I contact supervisors and no one answers.they have **** dialed me and I overheard a phone call between employees that was very unprofessional. If anybody else wants to file a class action lawsuit my email I will join with you ******* ********** ******* .com Please put in subject **** Zurich.

      We purchased a vehicle with our son, his first purchase. He opted for the warranty, that is provided/serviced by Zurich. A warranty covered part went out and caused engine failure. It was addressed immediately and towed. Dealership has had no other such instances where the adjuster has targeted a customer and gone out of his way, forcing a total dismantling of the engine to make sure that they don't honor their warranty. Our son put a sizable down payment on the car, made double payments on this car, made regular maintenance on the car, paid out of pocket for towing because no one could be reached the Sunday his vehicle failed over an hour away from hhome. I dont know if we or our son are being profiled or targeted, but it sure felt that way. Other adjusters didnt understand, the dealership didn't understand. This is horrible business practice and very disheartening and destructive to buyers young and old. This adjuster wouldn't further investigate without the engine being dismantled, which they are now adding to the full repair bill that they say is not covered. So in addition to the full repair cost, they ordered a costly dismantling, that the dealership said they've never had to do for them. It was deemed in that dismantling that a warranty covered part caused the failure and further damage.

      This is a total fraud company. Do not buy travel protection. You will never get your refund for a legitimate cancellation request. They make you go through a lengthy process of claim processing and adjustment. Totally not worth it.

      My father held a Zurich North America Accident and Dismemberment policy for years. When he faced Cognitive Impairment, I attempted to work with Zurich to ensure Dad's legal documents were on file with Zurich and to ensure his personal information was up to date.I have faced issues with the Zurich NA web site and a lack of responsiveness from both Zurich NA's web site team and my father's account representative (*** Kir**********). This lack of responsiveness is unique to Zurich NA and is inconsistent with the high quality service we have received from other insurance providers.The performance of Zurich NA DOES NOT merit an A+ score; so consulting the Better Business Bureau before engaging services from Zurich NA sets an unrealistic performance expectation.

      This is a waste of money. I bought a 3rd party warranty policy for those things you can't control. Like when a shop, actually a dealership, does a shoddy job on your oil change which ultimately costs you an engine by way of an oil starved rod knock. Mind you, my car had every single oil change done by it's previous owner and took well care of this car. I got my first oil change Sept 2024 and by February by car was done. Ran like it was dying, with a red knock. I took it back to the same dealer to get it diagnosed. They said it was timing. It was not. I have proof. However, they still want to deny my claim based on this bad diagnosis when I've since gotten another opinion from another shop. (The 3rd ****** to say it's a rod knock, and also the 3rd to say it does NOT look like timing at all.) This product is a waste and has caused me a bigger headache as a result. I want to be reimbursed for both the cost of my engine and my policy. That's $3100 for the engine, by the way.

      SCAM.TRASH INSURANCE!!! BEWARE!! This company sells these warranties to dealerships without disclosing the coverage in its entirety. My vehicle came from the manufacturer "*****" to include the rims. Additionally, my vehicle had a mold/mildew stench that I also tried to file a claim for. I called and tried to file a claim for both. The ***resentative was GARBAGE by being unprofessional and short with an attitude. She immediately wrote down my trouble shooting thoughts of why my vehicle smelled that way. No recommendations or assistance at all. She read the two BS lines in the contract which states the smell needs to come from "visible" food or drink. I drive a $295K vehicle. Who in the h*** will allow hard stains on a truck of this price??? We got into a confrontation, and she tried to bully me with the call being recorded. At that moment, I lost my cool and we argued. I requested to escalate to a General Manager. A month later, one called me back the same BS defending the ***resentative due to listening to the recorded call. TOTAL WASTE and that call ended with me also telling her how fraudulent the contract is because it finds loopholes to not honor a claim. SHe stated that I could never file a claim for the odor ever! Never heard this type of c*** in my life of owning any extended warranties!! Fast forward to today, I sent the required pictures of the rims for the break dust claim. Again, the *** stated I need to wash the vehicle again and send another picture. Lady, the rims are manufactured "matte." Here we go with her reading me a statement that I understood the first time she read. Insulting at its best!! BLUF, that wasn't in compliance with the warranty bc of the matte. I ended the conversation IOT avoid her third grade reading to me again. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS C*** TO MY WORST ENEMY!! They place the blame on the dealerships by not taking responsibility for a crappy limited warranty. RIP off to consumers at its BEST!!!

      Worst Company to have Vehicle Iinsurance through, purchased Insurance for my son's used vehicle from the Dealership. After only ****** miles, aomething broke down inside the ******************************* denied the claim syaing it was "Normal ************* After filing the claim 3 weeks later and mulitple calls I can't even get a Manager to call mem back to discuss this. This company is a scam and filled cowads who can't even call you back. I'm seeking Llegal action to get this resolved since I can't get a person on the phone.

      These Scumbags Put me on the street! I sold everything I had to live for the last 3 months with a roof over my head and at least one hot meal a day. Now it's all gone even my beautiful Pitbull I got a year ago. Being on the streets isn't even good enough for a dog. I hurt myself in a hospital kitchen at the end of December and filed the ** claim that was never given to me. 2 weeks ago, I was called by ********* ******* I guess working for these people. Well, they called me two weeks ago wanting a unicorn f*** right there or they denied me well I couldn't catch the unicorn, so they denied me. now were going into 4 months and nothing is being done. Thats, ok I have some very good emails and text messages that will get them really good stuff!! So anyway, back to the streets and it is getting hot again as well. So, a Big Shout out to you for what you did to my life

      ***********************. Now, going on 2nd month and ZURICH is still trying to get out of paying to cover the costs of their client backing into my parked car. They keep finding new reasons and making up false statements to stall this claim for *********** in ******. They now are suggesting I should be using my car illegally - no headlight or signal - though out this time they stall. Going on month 2, which when finished, will most likely pass this cost onto their client's car renter. I have found both the companies I have mentioned to be totally unethical and to take no responsibility. Zurich went as far as to have their appraiser remove certain damages from his report. I know this from later personally speaking with the appraise. They really haven't even earned one star for their rating yet.
