      Worst company ever. Purchased the power train warranty. Pistons melted in my car and they denied coverage because the car was programmed wrong from the factory and they claim that's what caused the damage. Tried to talk with them on the phone but they were rude didn't care what I had to say. They refuse to help in any way. Even though it says on the contract if damage to covered part was caused by manufacturing defect it would be covered. Do not purchase this. I would definitely go with a different company.

      We have been waiting for months not weeks for our claim to be paid. We have not heard from our adjuster ***** or her boss **** in weeks. customer service is terrible!

      I filed a claim with them in November its now January 16th and my claim still isnt resolved. If its not resolved by the next week i will seek legal action this is very unsatisfactory. I want a response from the Zurich team that my claim is done and paid out! Or i will pursue further legal action! ***** Habbo!

      Buyer Beware. I purchased a platinum policy marketed as cancel at any time for any reason. We had an unfortunate health episode with one of our family member and Zurich denied coverage even though they collected $2,600 premium. My advice, get your coverage elsewhere. Misleading policy at best

      JUST AWFUL! I've been trying to obtain my insurance refund. They give you the runaround. Always stating it is not the right form.
      I forwarded all the necessary documents numerous times, however they still stated they didn't have an invoice. The tour company Tours of Distinction, isn't helpful at all.

      I’m shocked when reading the other reviews as it sounds identical to my situation. I submitted a claim at the end of August. Sent everything I had to make a determination on my claim. Several weeks later I get an email asking for the same documentation that I already submitted. Then a few weeks later I get another email asking for everything they already had from the first time I submitted the claim. I’ve called several times and was told they have everything needed to make a determination and I would hear back by the end of the week. That week came and went so I called again and spoke with a supervisor and was assured I would hear by this past Friday. Again, nothing! They’re trying to wear you out so you’ll just say “forget it”. Will never buy travel insurance from this company again!!

      I have a 2020 ******* mkz I gave a service plan with Zurich. A rear sensor on my bumper fell back on the inside of the bumper with no dents no scratches. Zurich told me it was covered. I took it in and received a call back from *** **** saying it wasn't covered. The reasoning is they took a picture and could see it in the inside. They said the sensor is functioning but they didn't take it out so they can't know that and even if it is it's still defective or it wouldn't have fell through on its own.

      My wife and I missed our connection flight from the airline keeping us on the flight and customs taking too long...I filed a claim back in July and was told verbally over the phone this would be covered. They initially "denied" it from their bogus generic travel insurance policy but now that I have verbal confirmation from the recorded phone conversation I have evidence they're liable for coverage. This company is a total scam

      This is the worst company for home owners insurance in the history of man kind. I filed a claimed which they denied, I had to pay out of pocket and now few months later, they dropped me. It's a scam. They will scam you away from your money. Steer clear from this company, and if you happen to be insured by them; God forbid you have to file a claim. They will let you drown. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
