    The staff at Chicago Liposuction are so kind and answer all my questions. They are very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the surgery. **************** is very easy to talk to and gives realistic expectations of the surgery. I have painful lipodema and so far have had two tumescent liposuction surgeries to help relieve this debilitating pain. I have two more surgeries planned with Chicago Liposuction for the same reason.

    Chicago Liposuctions team has been fantastic throughout the whole process. The virtual consultation with ***** was such a breeze to get set up and so much easier than having to get off work early and going in to the office. She answered all my questions and walked me through the process. I spoke with ******* a few times before my procedure to prepare me and go over all the pre surgery details. ****************** was very friendly and had a great bedside manner. Had my procedure done and I am so happy! Call Chicago Liposuction for all your body goals!

    THIS PLACE IS A SHAM!!!! NO BODY CALLS ANYONE BACK!!! CHICACO LIPOSUCTION TAKES PEOPLES MONEY WHEN YOU DONT EVEN SIGN PAPERWORK AND OR AUTHORIZE ANY PROCEDURE.

    The financial complaints filed with this company appear to be accurate. They will quote you based on a conversation or a few pictures sent. They then require payment that same day to secure your appointment and or price or deal offering, I did take the bait and I paid same day. However, I was not comfortable as something did not feel right, when I received the surgical plan, it was for local anesthesia only. I requested a live consult with the doctor so I could better understand the recovery and the scarring locations prior to surgery and if local would be sufficient, being awake scared me. When I arrived, I was put into a room for 2 hours waiting for the doctor, 2 hours, yes 2 hours. The consultant then came in and said that the doctor said I needed to do full anesthesia due to the amount of areas, and that it would cost me more money and I needed to respond that day as they needed the cash to buy the supplies asap. I then questioned her as the Doctor had not yet even been in to see me yet? The doctor eventually came in and he was very knowledgeable, was honest about the scarring and number of scars and was kind and informative, however, there was no eye contact at all. I just did not feel right in my gut after the appointment experience, so I decided to cancel the appointment. It was 10 days prior to the appointment, so a full refund was still possible. I contacted them a few hours after the appt to request a refund. They said refund of 10K would take 30+ days (just like the reviews stated). They are a small office. It has been over 10 days and I have not been contacted to get my 10K refunded. Please make sure that you have all the details and that you really want to move forward or get a live consult prior to paying as getting your money back will be a challenge. If I do not get the money back within the 30 days, I will file a formal complaint. I did not get any services, so this does not reflect on the doctor or results, just their office business practices.

    Loved the results that I received from Chicago Liposuction. The doctor and staff were very polite and well informed.
