      I hired this firm for my divorce. Not only did they not represent me (not showing up in court, not following up on motions) but their lack of competence and knowledge of the law has cost me tremendously. My new lawyer is still trying to sort out my case. They constantly ask for money without providing any invoices or backup and they wont give me my file (because they probably dont have one, extremely incompetent)! Thieves!

      We have not communicated with Mr. ********** since being fired.

      Our firm showed up at every court appearance and have not demanded money from Mr. ***********

      We are going to be filing a fee petition for court approval of our fees and have not requested them to be paid by Mr. ***********

      Mr. ********** and his prior counsel were given his file no less than three times. We have been in communication with Mr. ************ new counsel and have offered the file to him as well. We have also told new counsel to feel free to contact us for anything he needs for the case.

      Incompetent attorneys that charged me close to 100K, cant produce an invoice, made my case take at least a year longer, I needed to find different counsel and they wont return my file!

      Mr. Levitansky was not charged $100,000, our fees were nowhere near that amount and all amounts were charged pursuant to his retainer agreement. We will have a fee petition filed shortly in the court case in which he is a litigant. He (and his new counsel) have received his file on three separate occasions. After Mr. Levitansky began leaving negative reviews for us, and sending inappropriate emails to each of us, we reached out to his current counsel to inquire about what additional information we could provide. It is our understanding that Mr. Levitansky has now fired that attorney as well.
