      Thieves! Incompetent ! They dont know the law. They know how to bill without any backup or proof though. Its been close to a year and still cant get my file!

      In early December 2022 I hired *** to prepare my will for $2500. Over the next month or so we communicated via phone and email to finalize details of my will. On January 12th 2023 we agreed to meet to sign and notarize the documents. I paid $2500 via credit card. He was half an hour late to our meeting. He forgot to renew his notary public stamp and we had to borrow someone else’s in the reception area. After looking over the documents there were a few minor details with the format of the trust that I asked him to correct, he assured me he would make the changes and have the final copy for me in a week. I did not have the notarized final documents, just a rough draft. A week later I emailed him and he said he’d have it ready soon. That was the last I heard from him. I subsequently sent 2 more emails over a period of 5 weeks with no response from him. Not knowing what else to do, I disputed the $2500 credit card charge that I used to pay him. About 2 weeks later on Sunday *** leaves me 2 phone messages and calls me a third time in a panic. He claimed he didn’t see any of my emails. I don’t believe him. He pleads with me to reinstate his payment on my credit card. He apologized repeatedly and said he’d bring the documents over in the afternoon. He then calls and said he forgot his office is locked on Sunday and he couldn’t get in his office. He brings the documents on Monday. He says he’s open to any “tweaks “ on the trust. And to call him instead of emailing. I called him twice next week for a clarification in the trust. He argued with me and didn’t want to do the change. I explained my brother also wanted it done and he finally did it. A few weeks later I had another question concerning the will. I’ve called and left 5 messages, no response. *** ********* is only interested in money, had I not disputed my credit card charge I wonder if, or when I would have heard from him again. He is unprofessional, untrustworthy, disorganized . The worst lawyer.
