      I was skeptical about sending off my unused supplies But these guys are completely legit! I boxed up my supplies (I switched from Medtronic to Tandem) used the label they provided, tracked my package, and when it arrived about six hours later, I had the money in my Venmo. I would give them 10 stars if I couldthank you diabetes exchange!!!!

      Great service!Will help you if any issues occur. Polite customer service. I sent a small order at first to make sure they were legit.       Super easy. Everything was super easy from the start to payment. I chose to print my own label and use my own box and I chose to receive payment via PayPal. There is not minimum you have to have before you can send in your extra supplies like some other companies. I received payment via my PayPal the same day the received my supplies. I will definitely use them again when I have extra supplies I don't need anymore.

      Done business twice and both times was paid within a week of sending supplies. They do great business! And all u have to do is follow their easy to understand instructions. If u can't do that, it's on you. They will have my business from here on out on selling excess supplies

      I contacted them to change my payout method since my account was unexpectedly in the negative. They told me it had been switched. However, when I got paid for the supplies I sent, it was deposited to the negative account and now I dont have the money I need to buy my medication. Waiting on a response to see if they fix it. But this was a major mistake on their end.
