      First time customer here and I am IMPRESSED. To be honest I was anxious to ship my diabetic supplies that I no longer needed without any sort of recourse since I read online about some bad experiences others had with other companies. I decided to take the leap, however, and give it a shot since I figured whats the difference because if I didnt they would just sit here in my home and eventually expire, and then get tossed out anyway. And I am glad I decided to do so! I live in **********, and had to ship to Diabetic Exchanges office in ********- I dropped off the supplies Friday afternoon 7/29 at my post office, Diabetic Exchange received the package the following Monday 8/1 (today) and by 2pm ********** time- on the same day- the payment had already appeared in my account. Communication with Diabetic Exchange is top notch as well- we exchanged a few emails before shipping, and always very prompt professional replies. I will do business again In a heartbeat if the opportunity arises. Thanks again!
