      One of the box flaps came partially open on the bottom and they called it damaged. They didn't pay me. Outrageous. All that was needed was a dab of glue. Don't trust them.

      Hi,

      The items you sent us were annihilated. They were all either severely crushed, opened, sliced, etc. The test strips and lancets had spilled out of nearly every one of them. We sent you multiple pictures of what we received from you. As stated in our terms and conditions, we do not purchase damaged or opened items.

      I would rather give this fraudulent company zero stars. They will bend their terms and conditions to keep your supplies and not pay for what you sent. Practically glorified theft of health care items. I would rather donate to persons in need than let this greedy corporation profit off of diabetic customers.
