      They deserve so much more than 5 stars. Very cautious, efficient, and very fast. They were here with their smile, never a complaint. Everything arrived right in time and perfect condition. I have recommended this company to a friend already!

      They have taken care of the entire move quite well. They have kept me informed on all the various steps in the transit and the associated delays. I used to get an email frequently informing where the delivery is and what are the next steps. Lastly, after the delivery, they have been extremely diligent and patient enough in following up with me until I confirmed that all my items are intact.

      I am going on the record that this was the worst moving experience/delivery I have ever seen. And I spent over $5000 to have this horrible experience.
      This type of damage shows a lack of professionalism and needs to be addressed.
      I guess I should have known working with a broker who contracts any fly by night company (not the best by any means) was a terrible route to go.
      The pick up was a a mess. Crap left all over.
      The time for delivery was horrible. Almost 2 weeks!
      We found out that the belongings we put on a truck, taken to storage and then put on a truck for transport. We must have not read that there would be this type of chain of custody. This is just an accident waiting to happen and it did.
      The amount of damage is unbelievable. It is excessive.
      The box the TV was packed in by the movers arrived with a big hole and needless to say it was broken. Can you drivers not read English. Fragile !!! We had not idea the bouncing around your people would do to it/ lack of care. We had to buy a replacement.
      The computer has moisture in it and it will not boot. HOW the Hell did it get moisture in it? The box was not even wet upon approval.
      The Keurig coffee make was broken in pieces. We needed to buy a replacement.
      The sofas had a "solution" on them that was not there. They are now unusable. They were not the best but they we usable. The family cannot sit on those. It is disgusting and smeller awful. We had to replace.
      My grandsons bike - one of the wheels it bent. We will have to pay to repair that. Assuming it can be repaired and doesn't need to be replaced.
      The wall unit and end table and coffee table had new nicks in them.
      Other boxes were busted up.
      Other boxes have damp items in them.
      What the heck happened? This is totally unacceptable.

      We are very sorry about the damages, customer received $500.00 for it from us,delivery to ******* can take up to 14 business days,customer thought that he will get it after 3 days. That is the case in off season,not during the summer, our hub in the midwest is ******* and all customers belongings coming to our warehouse and we ship few customers on the same truck unless customer purchase dedicated truck

      We used this company for moving. Their service was very good. We used their service to pack and move. Once the move was done they were very prompt with periodic notifications. Once they were here, again team coordinated well with us to deliver all the things without any issues.
