      Im retired from the *** and recently took a corporate security job in ******* and employeed eagle moving broker who scheduled *** logistic group to move my belongings on 5/21/2024 and assured me it would be on this date however they changed on 5/21 to 5/23 when my flight was scheduled to leave town at 4pm. The original estimate was $3500 then on 5/20 it went up to $6300. Then when they arrived on 5/23 I was advised it would be over $10k. They sent two movers to move a 2700 sq feet 4 bed room place and it took them past the time I was told so I had to have a friend come and watch them while I left for airport. Before leaving they said taking the washer and dryer would be an additional $700, not as estimated before. I said leave it and I would sell them. Two days later a friend came by to pick up the items and they were not there. I texted the mover and he stated the other mover took them he wanted them and lied and said I told him he could have it for FREE which was totally a lie. I was also charged $500 for boxes and only used 3 boxes of theirs the rest I boxed myself. When I finally got someone from *** to answer my call on 5/29/2024 they said they could move the appliances the person that bought in **** however the buyer had already bought somewhere else since they were not left at home as directed. I explained my frustration and the *** employee said nothing they can do and wont bring appliances to me unless I pay extra even though they stole said items I said I plan to use social media re this horrible customer service to which she replied who cares. She then asked for a copy of my drivers license when I offered to pay via credit card Driver license has PII information and having worked for *** know this should not be provided. She then said goodbye. No word on when or if I will received my household belongings. Worst company ever dont use them

      Very sorry about the bitter experience you had. you use d a moving broker that change your estimate before our company even receive the order for service so we don't really know what was the first estimate. when we got the order it was $6399 for 112 items. we end up loading 153 item and that is the reason the price went up. the broker did not include any packing in your estimate and you requested us to pack stuff that add to the invoice another $535 ,all charges were approved by you before we start working.in the end of the job you filled out survey and aid that you are happy and recommend our company to other .YOU RECEIVED FROM US $180 CREDIT

      I received my move day before yesterday. The stuff reached safe to the destination. Every update was constantly given and the items were safely delivered. Packaging was very beautifully done my queries were handled properly. They are highly recommended.

      The office staff was extremely communicative and helpful. I had zero doubts while choosing them only because of the staff members and their good communication skills. Movers on the other hand were also great. Cannot thank them all enough for my move.

      This company is very professional and a great moving service providers. From the time I booked the move till my packages reached the destination, they have been very helpful. They send periodic emails regarding the status of the move which is very handy.
