    The company is towing vehicles from a parking lot next to show place 8, where typical overflow traffic parks when going to the movies (as the parking is very limited on weekends and holidays). The signs the company have put up are small and far away from the entrance to the property in small print. The signs are not in compliance with city of Springfield ordinances (see under article XV and XIV). On the night before Thanksgiving, people were parking in the neighboring business's vacant and unrestricted parking lot in the rain. I too also parked in the parking lot and did not notice the signs or any restrictions to the property in regard to towing. All I noticed as I parked were tow trucks lining up on cars and towing them off, so I moved to an adjacent property (****** *****) to park. They had 3 tow trucks constantly towing off people's car. While I do not fault them for "doing their job", the signs are not in compliance with city ordinances, and they should not be monetary gaining off of signage that is not legal. The amount of cars that were towed that night alone was not right, especially on a holiday night in the rain.

    Mulligan’s tow company towed my car for being parked on the side of a side of the road after 11:00 pm. My son parked the car to quickly change clothes after work at about 10:40 pm. I was awaken because the tow company would not allow my son yo get the car back without the register owner being present. The driver that I dealt was snide, Cocky, and smiled ear to ear after telling me the price to Retrieve my car of $325. would not release my car to me without my drivers license which was in the car on the floorboard because it fell out of my purse. My debit card was also on the floorboard of my car so I could not pay the fee for my own bank account. I have never dealt with a tow company that charges $325 in my 47 years of life. This company is unprofessional and Scam you out of your money. My car was only parked in front of the trailer for approximately eight minutes before they towed it. My car was not parked at Anytime overnight for days on end.
