    The behavior of this company is reprehensible. They take days to weeks to process specialty referrals, and when they are processed, they default to referring patients to their own providers over the most suitable ones. They also refuse to submit the referrals to insurance until after appointments are scheduled so they can keep control over patients' healthcare and wellbeing to maximize their profits rather than patient health. This results in long delays in obtaining care, because patients cannot discern whether or not the provider is in their insurance network until the referral is placed, and when they find it out, the process has to start all over again.

    Over charging and no department to handle pricing. I called and asked why they are charging 1900 for a CT scan when Aurora charged 50 dollars. I called to ask why and was told it's not disputable and there is nobody to talk to. I need to know the proper price for a sinus CT scan

    Replacing Doctors with nurse practitioners. Yet still charging insurance companies doctor rates for them.
