    I had AM Disposal for about 1 month. They never picked up my garbage. I switched companies to Republic Disposal. This all happened in 2023. In September I received a bill from what I thought was Republic. I mailed the check of ****** dollars not realizing I was actually sending a check to AM disposal. A month later I received a late notice from Republic. I then got a copy of the check and went to ********. This is when we realized the bill had actually come from AM disposal. I talked to someone from AM disposal on the phone and they assured me they would send me a refund. This person explained they had no idea how this could have happened. It is now January and I have still not received the refund. I am since spoke with 4 different men and have been told by all 4 I would get a refund and as of 1/11/2025 I have not gotten it. I do not have the account number as my account was closed. When I wrote the check out, I out of habit just through the bill away.

    I signed up for weekly garbage pickup on 6/11/24. I paid $241.89 for a year in advance. My garbage pickup day was to be ************ garbage was picked up for three weeks, missed the following week, then picked up for two more weeks in a row.Beginning the seventh week my garbage wasnt picked up for the next four weeks in a row. I spoke with the owner and he stated that he wouldnt charge me for those weeks and promised hed send a truck out that Saturday. The truck did come out that Saturday.Following that pickup I received one pickup in five weeks. I called September 19 cancelling my service and asked for a refund.I called November 15 and again December 17 asking for a refund.

    Signed up for residential garbage pickup on Dec. 3, 2023. If we prepaid for a full year, we'd get 3 months free (so 15 months), so that's what we did and paid $347.88. Once they got us on their route after a few weeks, service was as expected. During the week of July 15th, my trash wasn't picked up. I called their answering service and they said they'd get it picked up so I left my trash bins at the road. Following week, trash wasn't picked up again. I called their answering service several times to complain, was told he'd let the crew know, during a follow-up call he told me they had a crew on their way to pick up my trash, which never showed up. Following week they didn't pick up my trash again. I started calling the answering service daily to complain that my trash hasn't been picked up and that I wanted management to call me, every time the *** would tell me he'd talk to the crews or talk to the boss or that he'd send a crew out to pick up my trash or that his boss would call me. I got to where I was calling daily to complain and finally on August 6, 2024 I said I want to cancel my service and I wanted a refund for the 5+ months of service I didn't use and the answering service *** said he'd relay the message to the boss. Finally I get a call from ****, the President. He said it was a computer glitch and we somehow got taken off their route but he had it fixed and they'd pick up the trash the next week. I said no, we're cancelling and want a refund. I told **** that I've made multiple calls complaining to the answering service and requesting that he call me and it didn't happen UNTIL I said I was cancelling service. He told me he'd refund my money for unused service, no problem. I now had ****** cell # and after no refund came, I texted, called, and emailed him asking when we'd have the refund. He always rejects my phone calls and texts, and only replied to a couple emails. He still hasn't refunded my money.

    I paid for service on August ****** for my father. Never received service. I spoke with the owner and requested a refund and also the third tote I have requested. I have since contacted multiple times on multiple medias and it is now middle of November and still no refund, no tote, and can not get an answer. For my dads it was ***** but I have service with them for 2 yrs now and bill is on auto pay. And I am now paying *****. It has gone up significantly over the last couple of months but no itemization for charges.

    Early July notified AM Disposal by phone of cancelling of service; person said yes will put in cancelation. Called the company twice in August to say we were being billed and we wanted service stopped. On August 28th I spoke to a "****" (this company does not answer phone typically nor respond to voice messages). I explained in detail that we were canceling services, that I had called my credit card to stop payment and was informed only the service provider can stop a reoccurring charge. I informed **** that we are going with a different company which starts 9/1/24 and AM Disposal can pick up the garbage can, as we no longer want the service.September 2024 can was picked up and we have had no service from AM Disposal since August.On September 28th **** card was charged $22.65 and on 10/28 we received a Square up text saying " AM Disposal has been paid $22.65" via my **** card. We again called AM Disposal and they transferred us to a line that then was not related to our concern.The concern is not just the past 2 months but how a business can continue to charge us without delivering a service. Asking for assistance in stopping the reoccurring charges and return of funds.

    We paid for a full year of service and I want to cancel service. They were supposed to supply a second garbage tote because I left a five star review over a year ago. They had multiple promises to delivery the 2nd tote and never did. My wife texted them multiple times and didnt respond.

    They charged me just recently for another 3 months and haven't picked up my garbage in 2 weeks. I called and spoke with a **** who is the only one in the office and he was nice, but can't physically pick up my garbage, he did communicate this with ****, but **** will NOT call me or pick up my garbage. I am wanting my garbage picked up and my account stopped and not charged again!

    We signed up for service with the company on March 22, 2024. Garbage totes were promised to be delivered within a week with the understanding that garbage pickup would occur weekly. We waited weeks until we started contacting the service for totes. We were promised a tote "tomorrow, April 9." It is now May 4; no totes have been delivered. We put out our own garbage totes with the hope that a garbage pickup would occur. We offered to pick up the totes from the disposal service to assist them in a time of growth. We purchased new totes from a big box store for $200 with the specified size per business agreement to facilitate garbage pick up. The disposal service did not pick up the garbage. We have had one weekly residential garbage pickup, which occurred only after we made two days of phone calls with the promise of "tomorrow" on the first day. There have been no garbage pickups after the lone pickup. We have had one refund of money for $23 for the month that we did not have any garbage picked up. At this time, we have two totes, personally purchased, sitting curbside for one week with temperatures of seventy degrees. We have no faith in the company to believe that they will be picked up in the next week of service. It will be our job to dispose of the garbage, as we have been for the last 6 weeks. What can a person do with all of that garbage?We have contacted the company with multiple messages through different methods within reasonable limits. No return messages have ever been received. We have only spoken to a person under circumstances that were self-initiated. We have offered to work with this disposal service and support them as a local company in a time of growth. Our exchanges have been cordial and supportive. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to continue under these conditions. We are quite disappointed with the time that we have spent attempting to work with a company that does not appear to even want us as a customer.

    In August I requested service with a 2 yr dumpster. I was told it would take few weeks to get dumpster. Within 2 days it was delivered. I contacted previous company (thinking I had weeks to contact them) & found out that i was in contract with them. I told AM Disposal I needed their dumpster to be picked up. I have since called numerous times, left messages & spoke with someone. Ive emailed, sent regular mail. It has been almost 5 months of me trying to contact them to pick up dumpster. They wont return calls. They have not picked up dumpster. It is just sitting in my yard taking up space. I really just want it removed.

    I started roadside service with AM Disposal beginning of 2023. I paid for a month of roadside service on 5/22/23 which was service for 5/8 to 6/8/23. On 5/23/23 I found out they had dumpsters so I asked for a dumpster with every other week pickup. They sent me a bill on 5/24/23 that I paid 3 months of dumpster service. They did not deliver the dumpster by 6/8 so I tried multiple times to find out when it was coming. They constantly said next week. SO I didn't pay for anymore roadside. The dumpster finally came 7/30. I asked MULTIPLE times for a bill to settle up roadside so dumpster service could run starting 7/30. They wouldn't respond and sent me a bill 8/24/23 for another 3 mo of dumpster. I again tried MULTIPLE times to contact them and get it corrected with no response. I mailed a check on 10/12 for the next 3mo by my date calculations. In November they started skipping us. AGAIN trying to call MULTIPLE times with no responses. I finally got someone to tell me that they are now doing our route on Saturdays and they did come out (5 weeks of garbage). Then they started skipping again. I finally got someone on the phone that said they never got my Oct payment so I sent checks certified mail for the check they said they never got, one month service for february, and what I calculated I would owe for the roadside they would never give me an amount for. So to recap - 2 week pickup - skipped. At the 4 week pickup point we had bad weather, I understand they couldn't come. Its now been 6 weeks!!! I even sent a text 2 days ago asking that they do not forget us. I tried calling at Noon when they didn't show up today, no answer. At 2p they sent a text stating pickup is being moved to tuesday (3 days from now) and to have garbage by the road at 6a. I sent a text back immediately asking when dumpsters would be picked up. Its now 4p, I've tried calling both numbers and no answer. I just want an answer but I don't know where else to turn other than here.
