  AM disposal started off l as really reliable and great communication and explanation of services. Reviews on this company since then have became very negative and all seem to have the same pattern of a customer pays. They get skipped over several times- promised a refund and It never comes. And hard to get a response from the owner or anyone working for *******************. And unfortunately I'm beginning to see the same thing. I was skipped once and I called, texted, fb msg for 2 days with no response. I never got a response Until I left a negative fb review. and i then very quickly got a message! They told me I would get a refund check sent to me and i never received one. I never reached out or stressed about it because they were picking up and not missing any weeks now. Well we set our trash out Mon Aug 5th to be picked up Tues Aug 6th Since Tues is garbage day they texted us at 6:23pm and said they had to pull a truck and would pick up tomorrow (wed) which totally fine, Except they didn't show up Wed and when i message the owner he said had someone in our area today and he would get a driver here asap. well Wed night they failed to show i text them AGAIN and the finally came Thurs morning. We pay a full year in advance and have proof since we pay with a check. Last night Mon Aug 19 we put it trash out as normal for Tues trash pick up day and they had not picked it up at 6pm. So I called & no answer. Called answering service and got an automated thing saying they would reach out. They texted back and said we are running behind today. Your route will be completed by 9pm well its 9:30pm still not picked up. I sent a text letting them know we will be in tomorrow or Thurs for a full rest of the year refund. And we are canceling services. Its a shame that this owner isn't taking things more seriously or making more of an effort to make sure his customers are happy with service. I understand things wont always run smoothly but its looking like ******************* has a pattern.

  I read all the negative reviews on this company but ignored them because I wanted to support local people and I figured they were jut getting started and had made mistakes. I signed up for service to begin April 6...no pickup called got an apology and a promise for next week April 13 no pickup....called and owner came out in his pickup and picked up my trash April 20....no pickup April 27...no pickup April 30 I called and spoke with **** who was very apologetic and understanding and said he would have owner call me. NO CALL..so next day i called back and cancelled my service. June 12 I called and asked for a refund ( I paid 2 months in advance) The owner **** was very argumentative and combative and refused to refund my money saying they were there several times and no garbage was out. ( a blatant lie) he kept interrupting me and repeating "We can't pick up if there isn't any garbage out" no matter how many times I explained it was out he kept repeating to the point I finally had to hang up. I want to warn others to pay attention to reviews. People don't take the time to write a review unless the experience has been very bad.
