    I purchased a last minute flight to ************ for my 20th high school reunion. When I got to airline counter to check in they had no record of me on the flight. They were sold out and I could not purchase another ticket at the time. I called fare factory and got a voicemail. I ended up spending over $600 to get a new flight and rearrange car rental because it was so last minute and there was almost nothing available.

    I booked travel to and from *******, ******* to *******, ******* ******* with this company I checked in the night before online so I had a boarding pass stored on my Apple wallet. When I showed up to the airport, they told me that the flight had been canceled and the money and refunded back to Fares factory. They took my money and booked me a bogus flight and stuck in the airport for an extra day .

    I booked a flight with a website Farefactory.com in January. It was a great deal for my trip scheduled for 02/14/2022 to ***********. As time began to get close to the trip I had not received any boarding passes or flight conformations. I called the customer service to this "business" the first time a woman put me on hold and hung up the second call I reached a man who said he was a supervisor. He stated that I was never charged for my first ticket...which I was I double checked. I told him I needed to check my records. He told me the flight price had now increased and it was going to be more. With the trip coming up so close I took his word assuming this is a legit business. I paid the new price. He told me I would receive my conformation from the airlines within 24 hours. I reached out after 24 hours. He said it would now be by the end of the day. I informed him that he was in breach of contract and that I was going to notify my bank and etc. etc. Now they have stopped communication, and I am writing this in hopes that no one uses this company and gets scammed. PLEASE be ware. I wish I would have done my research and seen they have 3 complaints on here not including mine. NEVER RESOLVED.

    I booked four plane tickets through them this morning at 7:30am for a total of $444.00. I immediately received a confirmation email from them with a booking confirmation number, the flight numbers, times, prices, etc. At 9:40am, a representative who was very hard to understand called and said that the airline had changed their prices and the prices we purchased our tickets from them at were no longer available and that the new price was $576.00. At the same time, I received an email with the same flight itinerary but the higher prices and the email had an instruction in bold font at the very top: reply I confirm.We said that if fares factory does not update their prices based on the airlines prices, then that is not our error and they must honor the price at which they sold them to us. They were very, very rude. I asked the representative to inform us of anywhere in any fine print on their website, either just somewhere at all or in the checkout process that says anything about transactions not being final based on fluctuating prices or anything like that and she hung up on me. I called back immediately and it went straight to voice mail. I tried calling twice more and the calls went straight to voice mail. It has been hours and they have not returned our messages.

    THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I booked my flight through them august 11th of 2022 at $158 round trip. They called me today (8/16/2022) in broken english explaining that delta doesn't actually have any more seats at that price but I can still keep my seat if I pay THREE TIMES AS MUCH and upgrade to a nicer seat. It's a whole scam and I'm so angry I missed out on booking a legit flight a week ago when I booked through them (flights through the airlines were $250 at that point and a week later now everything is $400). They have cost me hours of my time, research, and hundreds of dollars now that I have to book an actual flight a week later. I hope this never happens to anyone else.
