    DO NOT use this so called company. They are a total SCAM! I booked a $715 flight with them because they "saved" me some money. After booking they dropped contact with me. Never got my tickets. Could not get them to respond to my Emails or phone calls. Ended up reporting them to my credit card company. Thank goodness my card company credited my flight purchase.

    Tried contacting fare factory.com to cancel flight reservation during 24 hr no penalty grace ****** with negative results. Called airline to confirm and cancel reservation and stated that they had no reservation under my name nor booking number. Sent e-mail requesting cancelation of reservation to the agent hoping it will be handled responsively. ****** learned.

    Scammed me out of my flight and money. Promised me a credit for future flight and never followed through. They blocked my number so I couldn't get through to them or get info on it.

    Worst company I have ever tried Doing business with! Took my money, never gave me my flint conformation and I had to spend more money since I waited too late to book. Filing a small claims suit against them. They are rude and unprofessional!! Please do not let them scam you out of your money!

    Do not use this company, which is connected to The Sky ***** who says they are Delta. They also work with One World Go Travel. They charged my credit card thousands of dollars more than the tickets were worth. Then bought the tickets with another credit card. I thought I was dealing directly with Delta until I called Delta customer service. They are scammers and now I am trying to recoup my losses.

    PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS SITE..... THEY HAVE ONE PRICE ON THEIR WEBSITE AND THEN CALLS AND QUOTES ANOTHER. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME ALMOST $1000 FOR A FLIGHT THAT WAS LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR $222.

    Very misleading dont not book with them they will post low flight fares and even go as far as to send you email to confirm booking when thats a lie they love to advertise low prices when they cant provide such and to top it off their workers are the worst they are rude will put u on hold for long hrs. I would t recommend this party shop company to no one
