      On March 12, 2025, I went there and they wanted to charge me a copay and I told them I didn&#**;t have to pay a copay of $50. I went ahead and paid it. I called my insurance company, ****************, and they said that I didn&#**;t have a copay. So I called them to let them know and asked for them to return my money. They have delayed in refunding my money. They said I had an extraction but I didn&#**;t have one. They have given me the runaround. Now today they are talking about returning my money and it will take 8 weeks. I would like my money refunded to me.

      I went there in February 2024, got eyeglasses made, they were too strong so I went back and ordered more glasses. I had EyeMed and they told me to take them back which I did in March 2024. EyeMed was refunded but I did not receive my refund. I spoke to the manager, ******, said a check was issued out to me on March 28th. It never came and took a while for me to get in touch with her again. When I got in contact with her, I asked when would I get my refund? She said they are a 3rd party company and I told her I wanted to get my money back. I would like to get my refund back.

      Issue: I have been sent the same bill 4 times. Every time I get the bill I call to try to pay it. The first time the agent said there wasn't a balance due on her side. She can't do anything. The second time the agent told me the same thing. The third time the agent told me they didn't have access to look at bills before xxxxxx, but she would leave a message for someone to call me back. The fourth time (yesterday) the agent tried to call tier two support to help, but they didn't answer so she left a message on my behalf. All I want to do is pay this bill of $26.51 before it goes to Collections. Date of service was March 9, 2022. When I try to pay it online I'm their new billing app I don't see it either. I'd like for Quantum to adjust this amount to Zero so I don't receive any more bills or let me know how to pay it. I give permission to the BBB.org to use any information in this email or attachment.

      On 2/7/23 I went to the Quantum Vision Center for my eye check up. My doctor is ******************************, MD. That day I paid cash of $25.00 because this is my co-pay thru my insurance. I received a printed receipt. On 4/15/23 I received 2 emails and two text messages to pay $35.00. Checked with my insurance company and found that there was an extra charge of $10.00. On 4/17/23 I went to the doctors office with a copy of my cash receipt ($25) to prove I had paid on my account and paid the extra $10 in cash. My bill to me was paid in full $35.00. The girl/receptionist said she would pass both a copy of the $25 receipt and $10 cash on to the billing department. She also gave me the billing department phone number. On 4/18/23 in the morning I received calls from billing and was told that they had received my payments from the receptionist and my bill was paid in full. Soon I started getting harassing text messages and emails that I owed $25.00. I took a picture of my receipt and sent a copy of my $25.00 receipt to their billing department several times and I am still receiving the harassing text messages and emails. I also text them to send me a bill thru the mail so I could send copies what I paid. I called their billing department to try to straighten out the problem. No one will talk to me or help me. Any way I have my paper receipts and I am keeping track of the harassment. I no longer will be doing business with this doctor or her business.

      I received a text message from Quantum Vision and as of now I magically do not owe them anything.   The $25 has vanished from their books in the billing department.  Their reply does not suprise me.

      Worse organization for patients. Over scheduling causing overflowing parking lot and waiting room. Appointment well over original schedule time. When confronted wioffth issues they always say that computer is down. I go there to have shots in both eyes and the anticipation build up is very uncomforting especially in a very overcrowded waiting area. I was supposed to have shots today but when appointment was 45 minutes past it's just another reminder that this office has nothing but greed over patients interests.
