When you get cataract surgery they say you have to pay upfront, IN FULL and you get reimbursed by the insurance. They handle all the insurance dealings. They say you will get reimbursed through them. The entire bill has to be paid. Then they try to send you a bill for thousands later and try to double bill you. It is such a scam and the employees swear by the lies. If you try and get information about the bill they just talk around you with no answers. Stay clear of this company. Taking advantage of older adults, which are the ones who get cataract surgey, is a **** shame. The misdirection is incredible. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE.

They really do not have a billing department. They only want payment through a credit card only. Their billing department is a collection agency. They tell you they have a billing department but when you access that number the person you talk to has to call the collection agency to find out anything about your account. That person can not really resolve any problem that you would have with Quantum. Even if you go to the office the person who collects your payment can not help you. Also Clarkson vision centers have teamed up with Quantum. If you have a problem. Their collection agency will harrass you through text messages and emails daily. The only way you can get help is filing a complaint through your Better Business Bureau (BBB).
