      Today it is difficult to find even adequate support, but ********************* went far beyond the call of duty to be sure I had the best security system and that all of my questions were answered. He is an excellent salesman and support person for Barcom. On his first visit, he explained the system to me, described in detail my options and cost. There was never any confusion about what I was getting.He followed up the install with careful coverage of the way my system would work. He made himself available to come back after I had an opportunity to use my Barcom just to insure I wasnt having any problems. He answered my questions and spend a lot of time checking out my comfort leveI to determine I was good to go. Also, made himself available in the future. Barcom is very lucky to have him on their staff, and Barcoms customers are the beneficiaries. *********************
