    I had a government ***** from ***** to weatherize my home. They hired Arco environmental services to complete services. They installed a high-efficiency furnace and I am gettingmessages from ******************* that I am paying 300 times the amount that my neighbors are for the last two years. I have tried to contact Arcos for the last two years and they will not return my phone call and it has been very frustrating to get this situation finished.The high referent furnace that they put in is so strong that its not compatible with my air conditioner so that does not work properly now and it runs constantly and will never shut off. There was other items that they had done throughout my home of putting in exhaust fans which theyput in crooked and had to come back and replace changing the dryer vent and it was installed in properly twice and they had to fix that. when they were under my unit re-insulating and fixing the ductwork they hit a drain line and I have water leaking under my unit for the last two years. This is all been frustrating because I cannot get a phone call back or even someone just to come out to takea look and show them the situation that I have.

    Free weatherzation paid by ****. **** was on time very professional and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up behind them selves. Very nice curiosity. My only issue they send some one out from the *************************** with out telling me and I was not home and got a red sticker on my door. The *************************** is waiting on you all to pay to take the sticker off my door. This is embarrassing and humiliation. ****. They won't let me take the ticket off my door until these people pay them

    Based on the file I am looking into, I have record we contacted the client the same day as the client sent the complaint. Our note indicates we scheduled the municipality to complete the permit inspection as required. We can't control the inspectors actions. Ours indicate the permit was closed on the 21st, 4 days after we scheduled with the client for permit inspection. The work order was created by **** (Cook County), following the State of Illinois weatherization standards. **** also completed an inspection. No payment is allowed if the project is not complete according to the original work order or subsequent changes are made by the final inspector in accordance again to the State of Illinois Weatherization standards. **** found all work satisfactory and closed the project.
     
    We followed the local permit process honoring all local codes. We followed the State of Illinois Weatherization standards. The project was completed in a timely manner. The clients request was for completion, as shown it was completed and verified.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Yes they did a wonderful job in helping me. It wasn't they fault it was ******** fault so sorry about the complaints
