    Arcos Environmental worked at my home through **** approval. The Job was good and promptly. However, during the approved job who installed the new Furnace didn't connect the whole house humidifier which should be part of the job since it was working and connected originally. As, the winter time came I noticed the Humidifier is cracked from the connection and its not even wired with the new furnace. I called multiple times and talk to the company front desk person who told me they don't have any job in my area and they are busy with other jobs at this time. When I ask to speak to the manager I was informed, he is not available each time I called. Its been 2 to 3 weeks no one ever contacted me back or management called back to discuss anything with me. I have Seniors Citizens and Children's at home who is complaining about having issue breathing or ****** nose due to too much dryness inside the home. The humidifier was working and functional before they start working all I am asking to make sure they will come and fix everything the way it was before they start the project. Thank You!
