      I think they are a scam why can't you even contact anyone I purchase 2 I spent almost **** dollars and one I need to return but I'm sure that's why they do that so *** can't completely regret should have went wirh amazon at least they are straight forward *** truthful. I guess since in the contract it says 30 days return no problem I will be contacting a lawyer

      No way to contact them. They have made emails not work and nobody answers the phone anymore. They originally promised to replace the defective pan but then they blocked all my contact information but yet they will still accept more money to buy more of their garbage. They do not have ANY concern for their customers. Maybe I have been directed to one of their fraudulent sites. This falls under "Abuse of the Elderly" and I am going to take action if I do not hear back by EOD Friday June 16

      Same story> I bought a NuWave air purifier Feb 2023. The wifi was defective.. NuWave said I would Have to repair it under warranty. I asked for a refund and they said I would have to pay shipping charges to return their defective product. This is their MO ,and they get away with it thousands of tmes yearly. Don't buy from the NuWave Web Site. Use Amazon instead with their no hassle return policy. PS: I bought the same unit from Amazon and it worked fine..Don

      I purchased the Oxypure air purifier and it was delivered on 1/12/23. I set it up and when I tried to turn it on the power light just kept flashing red. I emailed customer service to see if I could exchange it and they said they don't do that!! I can send it for repair. They have no idea how long that will take. I asked if I could just return it and was told I would have to pay for the return shipping! I am now waiting for them to send me a label to send it for repair. I am so disgusted that I spent $500 on a product that I can't even use and have no idea on when I will be able to use. I will NEVER purchase from them again!! Terrible customer service!

      I called NuWave regarding a charge on my credit card that was fraudulant. It was for $638.40 and purchased by a *******************? We have no employees in our company with that name. NuWave refused to help me and kept changing their stories between "protecting the identify of the purchaser" and "claiming the charge was too dated to help". If the product was charged on my card, is it not my order and my information? And how is it that the transaction was too old for them to help me if they had all the information right in front of them? The customer service rep was young and refused to put me through to the manager. NuWave refused to help me by giving us the necessary information needed for our bank so that we can file a fraudulent claim. Seems like I am not alone in agreeing that this company has no interest in helping their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

      On August 1, 2020, I purchased a NuWave Bravo XL oven for $179.97. After using it two or three times from purchase date, the rivet that holds the right side of the door fell out. Due to my out of town job five days a week, I did not use this product much nor did I have time to contact **************** for repair or replacement. Now that I am retired and have time to enjoy my oven, i emailed NuWave **************** today and they told me that there is nothing they can do for me. I can purchase another oven for $179.97 which would cause me to pay $349.94 for another cheaply made product as a rivet should never fall out if properly installed when made. Who knows maybe it was never installed when I purchased it? What this company does not understand is that this oven is now a fire hazard. The other day, I tried making a pizza on the free brick oven I received with purchase and because of the weight of the stone, the rack collapsed on the right side laying on the bottom one burners. It happens every time I put something heavy on the rack since there is a large gap on the right side which makes the rack fall. I am appalled that a company as large as NuWave cannot help with this fire hazard product that I am stuck with nor do they care about their customers. I will not purchase any Nu Wave products in the future and the next time my rack falls down on the right side due to an improperly made product, I will take a picture of it and post it on their Nu Wave XL oven review page so that future customers are aware. Thank you for letting me voice my frustration with this company.
