      I have been with BCU for close to 4 years now. In the beginning offers moved slow, I grew agitated however learned that BCU is a relationship based institution who also have their own internal type scoring system for lending, I have some of the best interest rates around for all.my loan products with Bcu . To me I found the system to be a plus working hard to show my credit worth paid off in the end. Give Baxter a chance before writing them off . I also appreciate being able to speak to actual branch employees Monday through Friday :-)

      I opened an account and sent all my info for a loan. After spending 3 weeks they would not get me a loan even with 40% down. Then they closed my account and would not refund my $500. They are obviously a scam. Had to dispute the fund from my bank. Still waiting...

      Hello *****, thank you for sharing your recent experience with the Credit Union. After reviewing your account, we discovered that our Titles team attempted to contact you several times starting on March 12, 2024. Our supervisor left several voicemails to find a resolution to this matter. Since we could not reach you, we had to send the packet directly to the dealership on March 21, 2024 in which specific questions should be directed to them. For BCU related questions and for security reasons, we advise contacting us directly for further details as this is a public channel.

      Refinanced Car TOTALLED 4/2023 My insurance (USAA) AND BCU was notified. BCU did not receive the payoff until Dec 2023. Why did it take so long you ask?????? Read below. I refinanced my car through them. During this time, BCU discovered that they had an 'unclean' title 1. BCU was given an "unclean" title and then contacted me to get a POA. I sent the 1st one, but they claim they didn't receive it. Sent another, but they claimed didn't receive it (I was told they hadn't gotten the mail in yet and someone would call if there's a problem, it could take 90 to fix title issues) Months later, the vehicle was struck by a deer and totalled. USAA then picked up the vehicle. 2. **** contacted me to say that they are ready to pay BCU they are waiting on the title. I was told BCU needed a POA. It was suggested by the ******************** that I use the ********************* to speed things up. I did this service 3xs. Only after the 3rd online notary service did they discover that the **************** DOES NOT recognize the online notary services, a wet signature was needed. In less than 24 hours I had the signature notarized and mailed to BCU. (I never heard anything from BCU until I called on Jan 17, 2024)3. During 'title-gate' BCU was asking me to pay on the loan for the totaled 16 AcurTLX ($353). Mind you, I just purchased another vehicle from BCU- a 2020 Maz6 and making payment. ($420). As you can guess I dont have $800 to pay for 2 vehicles!! BCU then goes into my savings Greedily & with no forethought, BCU took ANY money that went into the checking account and applied it to the TOTALLED 16 AcuraTLX balance. WHY? Because of BCU Tag&Title miseducation After speaking with the Reps today, they are holding @$1000 of mine! If you have an issue, pul of GA laws. PLZ transfer your money to another bank if you have a dispute with BCU b/c BCU will take your $$ for their purpose whether it's fair to the consumer or not & make you fight to get it back!

      Ive been a happy costumer over 4 years before I decided to open a new account. Worst ********************************************* ever.Placed over 10 calls because they blocked my account, then my online banking, then Zelle, now they wont release my funds. On top of all that, really rude customer service that cant give any solution.

      Absolutely the worst customer service you can give to your members. Lack of follow up, compassion or courtesy. I know all calls are recorded so now I am getting an Attorney.

      Having a hard time to speak to a loan mgr. Regarding an escrow surplus I've been trying to collect since 12-12-23. I've spoke to several reps. by phone since then. I have requested to talk to a Mgr. and I have been put on hold for over 10 mins. and don't get connected to a mgr. Holding extra surplus in and escrow account is against the law.

      Absolutely terrible. Have had NOTHING but issues since Ive been with them. If I could Id give them 0 stars. They have consistently bugged me to re notarize my title, which I have 3 SEPERATE times because apparently it wasnt in their files/system. Now theyve repoed my car without so much a word about repoing. when I have had NO late payments or anything and I have my RECIPTS. Get it together. God awful. I hope no one ever decides to bank with them. They need to fix their issues with their systems. Im so beyond frustrated, and fuming.

      Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us. In reviewing your membership and account information, BCU found that a vehicle's title or lien was never received into BCU's possession. Per BCU's records, on October 4, 2023, the ** DMV sent the perfected title to the members address on file, but it was never received by BCU from the member. On October 24, 2023, we made contact with you at the same phone number that we have been leaving messages to discuss this matter with you. In addition, we have contacted you via your email, and multiple letters, including the right to cure default, which were mailed to the address on file. In addition. we left multiple voicemails to discuss this matter before repossession was initiated. We welcome you to contact us for further to discuss this in greater detail. Sincerely, BCU

      Paid my HELOC Mid-June '23. Was told paperwork to release my car title I had to put up as security for my HELOC approval would be ***** days later. It's the end of November, and I'm no closer to receiving my car title for a loan that's been paid in full for (5) mos. No matter who I call, or email there, I'm told it has to be handled by another department. Then, after I'm finally able to connect with the department I'm told I need to connect with, I get an emailed copy of a lien release for my HELOC, and nothing at all about my car title that I asked for. It felt so good to pay off both my HELOC and **** I had with BCU because I would no longer have to do business with them, and would never have to again in the future. Now, (5) months later, and who knows how much longer, I still have to deal with the member (not customer) service that doesn't provide a lot of member service to simply send me back my car title. BCU's lack of integrity, professionalism and member services is poorer than poor.

BCU has no HELOC loan products that require a lien on an automobile title to be held as security for the loan.       I am disappointed that company chose this credit union as its preferred bank. The customer service is horrible and it is difficult to speak to anyone on the phone. Not to mention I've been a member for 5 years now and they offer no financial help and I continue to get denied for a loan when I've been in dire need. You apply and no one calls to explain why or offer other suggestions. I would expect more. I have decided it is time to cut ties and find another bank.
