      No branches anywhere, good luck getting a hold of a customer service rep. **** area always either closed or have to be on hold for a long time. Then when you get a hold of one, they are rude and are unable to help instead send you a link to finish your request. Useless. Big banks **** but at least I can go in person. Good luck.

Our members come first in every decision that we make, and with the prevalence of easy-to-use digital alternatives, concerns regarding member experience, fewer credit unions participating as well as declining member usage, we felt that was the best time to continue to invest further in long-term solutions that provide account access anytime, anywhere for all members.With BCUs Digital Banking options and network of surcharge-free and deposit-accepting ATMs, you have 24/7 access to BCU. Our Digital Banking options and ATM network offer independence and a customized experience.In addition to our mobile options, BCUs call center and partner call center are also available 24/7 for your convenience. We have heard your feedback about agent behavior and hold times and are researching those issues for coaching/improvement.       I have my account with them thru UHC. I had to cancel my Debit cc due to Fraud. The were supposed to over night the card to me. They did not. It took 10 days to get to me. When they finally get to me and I activate it. Someone at BCU cancels the card and sends me a new Debit card that is invalid. I called 3 times in an attempt to make sure they overnight the card to me. I also requested this as I called them in the morning when there was still time to get it sent overnight. I called and was told they cannot guarantee that it will more than likely not be there till Saturday. I asked them what would they like me to do for food for my family since I have no way to get access to my money. No response just sorry.

After reviewing your account and the calls involved, we have coached the agents and we are looking further into why the original card was not issued via rush delivery, and the condition that the second card arrived in.       Called to get title to my car faxed to dmv so I can register my car. Was told that they couldn't verify that it's me and there's nothing they can do. Called back to try a different person. Was told I can't get the title until I pay off my loan. SICKENING

      BBB ******* and Northern ** BCU Response to Review ****** Thank you for reaching out about your recent experience with BCU. We have reviewed the members call history to see what occurred during her interactions with BCU. We do take the security over our members accounts seriously and were therefore unable to assist on 7/15 due to the members inability to verify her identity. That call was disconnected by the member. When her return call came in that same night, it was routed to our partner call center. The member, who was using abusive language with the agent, was transferred to a supervisor for support. That supervisor was unable to assist at that time, so she opened a ticket with BCU. That ticket was worked the following business day and the title was submitted to the ********** of ***** Vehicles (***) on 7/18.The member called back on 7/18 claiming that the *** still hadnt received the title. BCU reached out to the member that day to confirm that the title had been sent and to see if there was anything further that the member needed. We do want to apologize that an agent did tell the member that her loan needed to be paid in full to receive the title which was incorrect. We understand that caused frustration for the member and we are taking steps to make sure that doesnt happen moving forward.Sincerely,BCU
