      I am very disappointed with BCU. I would not even leave 1 star, but I had to. My story begins that I had to refinance my home to get my exs name off the mortgage. Every year since I have spent many hours clearing up BCUs mistakes. The first yr. BCU had the incorrect property address on the loan. Second year, BCU did not pay two years of my property taxes, that were escrowed. Year three, there was an issue with the property address from my new insurance company. BCU did not tell me the reason they did not have the correct policy. BCU ultimately took out an unreasonable amount of money for BCUs HO insurance from my escrow. And now, here we are year 4, my escrow analysis is completely incorrect, causing a large shortage amount and the projected amounts need to be adjusted accordingly. I did pay this months mortgage payment to me, in the correct amount. I cannot afford the incorrect amount BCU IS asking for. Until this error is resolved. I am worried about my, near perfect credit score will be tainted for reasons I cannot control. As of yesterday, 11/02/22, for some reason BCU telephone lines are down due to unforeseen circumstances. REALLY?? across the entire country? Not one telephone line was in service. If rates were not so high, I would refinance in a heartbeat with a lender that actually cares about their customers. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!

      The member posted a poor review due to some frustrating servicing provided for her mortgage loan. BCU would like to apologize for not providing the servicing that we strive to provide to all our members. We are still in the process of researching all the items brought to light by our member, but in our preliminary review, we do not see any evidence that BCU has an incorrect property address as the address we have on the loan documents match the address on file. We do have notes dating back to 2021 regarding the property taxes, but it appears that was resolved and paid. The most recent escrow analysis did have a significant escrow shortage, but we are looking further into the matter to uncover why this happened. BCU has a high priority request to have this investigated and will contact the member as soon as we have more information. Again, we apologize to our member for the frustrating experience, but BCU will continue to work on resolving any concerns that was mentioned in her review. Sincerely, BCU

      I have been with Baxter Credit Union (Target Credit Union) for ******************************************************** The level of service and benefits I get from them are far better than anything I've ever been offered at a local or national bank.

      Been with them for over five years fell on bad times. Ive since gotten a new better job yet these guys will not give me a break. I understand its only numbers with them. But since Im mostly check to check and dont have as much money as their other customers then its no help this way! Selling my truck no matter the interest just so itll be with another bank!! They were good in the beginning but please dont fall in bad times!

      Im dealing with a financial matter at BCU. It involves my Daughter. This has been the most aggravating experience in the 10 yrs Ive been banking here. Im instructing my 4 kids to transfer their bank accounts to another institution. This is absolutely the worst place to do business. You cant get anything resolved period. Stay away! Horrible experience!

      This is the absolute worst banking Ive ever experienced in my life. The representatives are so rude and nasty I couldnt take it anymore I just closed my account. I was charged fees for transactions I had money in my account for the way they do things is should be completely illegal.

      Thank you for making BCU aware of your recent experiences. We appreciate your feedback and have reviewed all interactions with our BCU representatives. We found that our agents acted appropriately and treated the member respectfully, however, we did find room for improved communication and have coached those teams to avoid this issue in the future. The fee charged to this member was disclosed in our *********************** Agreement (****), and we gladly reversed the fee on 10/4/2022. We would also like to remind this member that at the time the account was created she did agree to the **** which specifically addresses the use of abusive language towards BCU and its employees. We regret that the member had a negative experience with us, and we do want to apologize for the communication errors and the confusion that they caused.Sincerely,BCU

      I wish I could put zero stars, terrible experience. BCU allow someone to deposit my refund check for $25k into one of their members accounts. I dont have a BCU account and have not been receiving much help. They did not verify with TPG(company who sent the check) nor could they tell me how someone else was able to cash my check without it being me. Im not sure how they did it but they did. The check was sent to my old address, they told me it was put back in the mail on 09/21/22, 6 days later I was told by TPG my check was cashed into a BCU account, and cleared Tue 12:31am. How ironic is that. I filled a police report and got my lawyer involved. I know for a fact BCU knows because when I gave them my old address, the were able to find something and was communicating with the fraud department. The **************** specialists lady, wouldnt give me her name, very RUDE. Since Im not a member they cant give me a reference number. Any assistance, thank you. Just want MY Money.

      I CANNOT EVEN EXPRESS IN WORDS HOW UNACCEPTABLE I AM FINDING THE BANKING PRACTICES OF BCU. I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY MONEY--PAYCHECK DEPOSIT FOR 6 DAYS. NOW, I FIND THAT ALL DEPOSITS ARE SCHEDULED FOR REVIEW FOR 6 MONTHS. A CHECK FROM A FAMILY MEMBER DEOOSITED LAST WEEK IS STILL NOT POSTD, AND "SPECIAL INTERESTS" AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT HELP ME IN ANY WAY. A HURRICANE IS FORECAST TO SRRIVE HERE ON WEDNESDAY WITH AT THE VERY LEAST SEVERE WEATHER AND MOST CRITICALLY A DIRECT HIT. I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS MY ,**** AGAIN, AND HAVE NO PLAUSIBLE EXPLANATION FOR THESE ACTIONS. UNITED HEALTHCARE SHOULD CEASE THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS CREDIT UNION ENTIRELY

      The worst! Poor customer service. My issues are I autopay my credit card every 2 weeks, they remove the money from my checking account on same day but does not credit to my CC till 2-3 days. My other bank credits the payment the same day. I cant deposit money to my checking account on an ATM you have to go through loops to do so. Theres not even a branch you can go to. Second I have to follow up with CC rewards points owed to me, took them days and the excuse was they were having a problem with their rewards system. I used my rewards to book a hotel but I need to cancel d/t Covid. I called and they made a ticket, I was told to call the hotel to make sure it is cancelled. Hotel cancelled my reservation when I called but third party should reimburse. I was told it was priceline I called priceline and they dont have a record of my reservation. I called BCU rewards again and I have this customer service agent that talks over me. She told me the reservation was non refundable and if I received the email. I said yes but I told her when I was reserving, BCU rewards points website did not say its non refundable. The first time I saw it was nonrefundable was today when she told me to scroll all the way down on the email. She then proceeded to tell me that the only way I can get my rewards points back is if I can get the hotel to reimburse it. I kept telling her the hotel cant do that because they never received payment. It was being held by a third party payor which she admitted was BCU. Their website is misleading. i opened an account with them as my company HCA had incentives, they claim they have excellent customer service, how is that when when they dont even listen to their customer, for goodness sake, my family had Covid. I earned those rewards points. I hope HCA doesnt continue doing business relationship with BCU because thats not the way my company HCA do business! I will highly encourage my peers to close their accounts with BCU. I definitely will.

Credit card payments can take up to 2 business days to post from the time they are deducted from your checking account, but these payments are credited to the credit card account on the day they are made. We verified that your payments were credited to your credit card account on the same day they were deducted from your checking account. Payments made over the weekend will start processing the next business day if applicable. We also investigated your rewards point issues with the cancelled hotel stay. We see that you have made several online hotel reservations with your rewards points, and it appears some of those reservations were non-refundable which was disclosed under the cancellation policy and again in the confirmation email that you would have received. If you could please contact us with more details about which reservation you tried to cancel, we would be happy to research it further to confirm the type of reservation made, and if refundable, find out why this one was not refunded and take the necessary steps to resolve this for you.Sincerely,BCU

      The credit union recently made a upgrade that made the digital banking not user friendly. The new upgrade does not give a option to eliminate unneeded extra wording. I do not recommend going with the credit Union at all

      This is the worst bank ever. I had fraud on my account, list my card. They punished me by removing overdraft protection, removing deposit anywhere, and deposit by photo feature, then told me to mail in loan payment. I told them this was unfair to me as a member, teo employees told me that they have to protect their bank. What about the member? I guess we dont mean s*** to them.
