    I wanted to recognize a great business that I have been frequenting for a couple of years. this business is a wonderful place to do business with. the person that I frequent there, older gentleman, maybe owner? He was VERY kind to me and VERY fast and efficient. I don't have enough good things to say about this business. I always felt I was important to their business and with my, cheaper watches I have, this gentleman always made me feel like he was working on a Rolex or other expensive watch. He is very nice and as I said, runs a fantastic business.We need more like him., looking up his website, his name is Dr. ***** looks like ********* is his name. again, just wanted to recognize this great business!!

    I brought my watch to replace the broken glass. After one week, I got it back and found out three days later.The small s**** that adjusted the arrows fell off. I took it back and got it a week later, but this time I wanted to be sure everything was okay. When I try to see if everything is okay,I got to the point where he started telling me I was doing it wrong and raised his voice. I told him not to patronize me because I am not a 5-year-old boy. I said if you were going to act like that, I would not pay for that kind of service because he was rude and disrespectful. After that, in front of another customer, he told me, "Go f****** off to ******." I had to call the police to solve that very unpleasant situation. Today, 3 days after I got my watch back, a small arrow stopped working. My watch is still not fixed. If you want to be treated like that and be told rude and disrespectful things about yourself and your country, then it's the perfect place for you.
