      Cipher is a scam outfit. Sending Covid kits once or twice a month. I did not solicit for any of them. And they are charging ******** $95 to $ 126 for each shipment. Call ******** immediately if you receive any .

      Cipher Labs of ******** sent COVID tests to me that were not requested. I have received three packages, *********** total, over three months. I have not used any of these tests nor do I need them. They billed ******** for these tests. How they got my ******** number, I dont know because I didnt give it to them. I have filed a fraud report with ********.

      Cipher Labs mailed me Rapid Antigen test kits at no cost to me! They billed my ******** and were not authorized by me to do so. This is additional and unnecessary expense for the ******** program. I reported the fraud.
