    This was the 5th place I had tried to get a reasonably priced car that didn’t look awful. They had a great selection and amazing customer service! I ended up buying my car from here and couldn’t be more in love! They fixed cosmetic things about the car that they didn’t need to just because I had asked about it and didn’t make me feel bad for asking! All in all an amazing experience I would recommend here for anyone looking for great people, good cars and good prices!

    Drove two hours to get my car. This was the only place with reasonably priced cars and a good selection. Excellent customer service. Will probably get all my vehicles from here from now on.

    BEWARE!Treated Horrible,Hidden Probs everywhere!Many of the mechanics,ECT act like they have a language barrier & that they can't understand what you're saying.We weren't told about Soo many problems& before even driving off lot entire key lock cylinder fell out of car!Car was parked 2days till insured&start it&belt squeals Soo loud for a min!Front end starting acting weird& within days was making noises.Called em brought it in&they did nothing but tighten a belt when in fact we were also told belt was changed but it was not! Mechanic said he doesn't really work there that he was filling in for someone sick.Days later same issues,take car back,same thing.Wks later again & again we go back & again same thing (put over 300miles on car just for them to do absolutely nothing).They refused to fix not one problem!All they did was doctor it up to satisfy us to get us out of their hair! Our car was there the last day of power train warranty & said if it Wasn't picked up by 6pm it would be towed! That day we picked it up& they'd cracked a lrg bottle of perfume & left it to slow leak soaking & staining the entire passenger seat in which my preg daughter had to drive 40min all the was home sitting in that stench! When I told them they said they did absolutely nothing wrong & didn't even offer an apology or for her seat to be cleaned! We were told the owner truly "Stands by his cars!"&I find this statement to be 100% FALSE! I work hard for my $ & would def Not have bought this car bc I don't have that type of $ for all of these problems!That's why it took 30min to pull the car around for a test drive! They were "fixing up"The car so it would be nice & quiet for my test drive!" Do Not buy a car here Severe Hidden mechanical & Cosmetic issues!!! Save your $ & Go elsewhere!!! Very shady pple here!!!!

    We are incredibly sorry that you faced such difficulties with your vehicle-purchasing experience. Issues with our vehicles is not something for which we are known. Our other reviews show that we pride ourselves on providing excellent quality both in vehicles and in experiences!
    Here at G-Inspired Automall, one of our main focuses is to provide a positive experience for our customers, and if something goes wrong, we will act and see what we can do to turn it around.
    On June 22nd, 2022, you purchased the vehicle. On June 24th, you complained to us via text message that you have a noise on your belt. We immediately responded and requested to fill out a Post Sale Issue (PSI) form on our website so we can internally handle this for you. This was not done until June 27th. We scheduled the vehicle to be assessed immediately with a tech and a notification was sent to you via text and email.
    You did not bring the vehicle in until about a week later and we assessed. No sound was heard on the belt. You said the sound was from cold start which our tech checked with you on many occasions and no noise was heard. Our technician re-tightened all belts just to be sure nothing was loose. Please note that nobody told you we replaced the belt – we only re-tightened. You left with the vehicle that same day.
    We did not hear anything from you until September 17th. When you came to the dealership, you complained about the same issue and front-end noise. When you were asked why you did not bring this over since June, you claimed you just had insurance and could not drive it even though, the mileage read about 1,200 miles more than the original miles when purchased.
    We looked at the vehicle again, no noise was heard, and vehicle was re-parked to the back of the building. The **** ** **** ****** mandated a limit of vehicles we can park on the lot, and we cannot exceed this at any point in time for compliance. Your vehicle had been on the lot for over 4 days, and we contacted you more than 8 times (calls, text messages, and emails) but no response was received.
    Again, we are sorry about any smell in your car, but this was not done at the dealership, and nothing was touched inside of your car. You must have left your bottle of perfume open somewhere in your vehicle which we are unable to control.
    Again, we are sorry about your experience and for any inconvenience.
