    We have purchased two cars at G Inspured Auto Mall, and we had a great experience both times. Mona and all of the staff went out of their way to help us and they were patient with us as we looked at different cars. They offer a great selection of very nice cars with affordable prices. The customer service during the buying process was friendly and professional. I would recommend G Inspired to anyone looking for a great, affordable car.

    These guys kept their word about what would be fixed, and how long it would take.
    Bargaining was straightforward, with no trickery, and I really liked having plates on my vehicle as I purchased it.

    BUYER BEWARE! This company agreed to allow us to take the 2003 Toyota Corolla to an independent mechanic to get an opinion on the car's condition. It had only 1 issue, the oil pan gasket had a small leak. We noticed 1 of the front tires was a bit low, and assumed it simply needed air. The company agreed to repair the oil leak and air check to make sure the low tire was okay. I wired the entire amount due for the car, they accepted payment, and the car was picked up about 2 days later. The car was picked up late in the afternoon, driven to ******* **. The following morning it was driven from ****** to ******. Several hours later, it wouldn't start. It started with a jump, but didn't get more than a few miles. We purchased and installed a new battery, but still nothing. During a video chat with the independent mechanic who previously checked out the car, he said the battery and starter had been replaced with defective parts after he looked at the car for us. Long story short, the owner of the car lot picked up the car under the pretense of taking it to repair, then refused to do so and also refused to return all the money spent on the vehicle! We settled for most of the money, and now see the sane car for sale fir a higher price than we paid. Watch these people!

    Hi Gayle,
    We are very sorry to hear that your daughter had issues with your vehicle. We strive to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with the services we provide.
    Before you purchased the vehicle on October 13th, 2022, your daughter took the vehicle to an independent shop to have the vehicle inspected. She returned after 3 hours of inspection, and she stated everything checked out as they should. Even though the oil pan was within the industry acceptable limits, the dealership agreed to replace it as well as the rear right tire. Both were replaced prior to pick up.
    On October 13th, 2022, at around 7:03pm, she picked up the vehicle from the dealership. Next day, she called the dealership and mentioned the car was not starting. Since she was about 1 hour away from the dealership, she was advised to have it towed to a nearby shop and have it checked out. She mentioned ******** stated the battery and starter were bad, even though they both passed the previous inspection. She decided to change the battery but did not solve the problem.
    On October 14th, 2022, at around 6:32pm, one of our managers spoke to you and your daughter on a conference call to determine the actual issue. All discussions and issues were documented in our internal Post Sale Issue tracking system.
    On October 15th, 2022, at around 1:10pm, we picked up the vehicle for further assessment. We replaced the starter and front right tire, which we discovered had a slow leak.
    From prior conversations, we discovered that you and your daughter preferred to switch to another vehicle. You were informed the vehicle was ready and given the option of picking up the vehicle from the dealership, switching to another vehicle from our inventory (equivalent in price), or get a full refund. Next day, you and your daughter decided to get a refund. Your request was granted. The dealership took additional step to refund you the cost of the battery purchased from ******** and the towing cost.
    On October 21st, 2022, we informed you and your daughter that a cashier’s check (total amount paid for the vehicle, cost of the battery, and tow fee) was ready to be picked up. You and your daughter requested that the check be brought over with her personal belongings to her house. Due to safety reasons, we were unable to honor this request.
    On October 22nd, 2022, at around 11:33am, your daughter arrived at the dealership and picked up her personal belongings and the cashier’s check.
    Once again, we are very sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you and your family. Please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime for any question or if there is anything we can do to create a better experience with your future purchase.
