      How many negative reviews? How many failed customer service attempts? How much damaged furniture? Why does the *** not clamp down on poor excuses for companies! Look at all these reviews! This company should loose their ******* **** and ******** ****** contracts. They dont deserve business from high end furniture companies. Delivering garbage would be above the quality of this fly by night delivery company

      Fidelitone is a logistics/delivery company that does business with ***********************/Pottery Barn, where I recently purchased a sofa online. Fidelitone is the company hired to complete the delivery. First delivery attempt was scheduled on 01/13/2024 between 5:30 pm and 7:30 pm. The delivery team never arrived that day (despite me waiting until 9 pm) nor was there any communication about our delivery. I called Fidelitone the following Monday AM (01/15) and was not given a reason why the delivery was not completed. I rescheduled the delivery with Fidelitone for 01/18 and was told that the delivery team would arrive between 7:30 am and 9:30 am. Again, the delivery team did not show up. I called Fidelitone and they then informed me that the sofa would not be delivered today because of a power outage at their ******* facility. Again, no communication until I called Fidelitone. I have had to take a half day off from work due to these delivery issues. A quick online search history for Fidelitone shows that it has received numerous complaints similar to mine. I called ******** ******/Pottery Barn to inform them of the delivery issues and they made a note of it and will compensate me partially for the failed delivery attempts. The **************** Team Member mentioned that he's heard numerous complaints about Fidelitone and noted my dissatisfaction with their unreliability and lack of communication. I believe that companies like this either 1) overpromise what they can do 2) have incompetent/unprofessional employees or 3) some combination of 1 and 2.

      I placed a $7,000 order with pottery barn on 11/23/23. I contacted PB customer service inquiring about ***************** 1/4/24 and was told the sofa was ready for delivery. I then contacted Fidelitone and was told that since they were still waiting for an ottoman (which hadn't shipped yet) I could not get the sofa (which has been sitting in the local warehouse). Multiple calls to PB ("you are eligible for *****************) and Fidelitone (you are not eligible a split delivery) and escalation to PB management, I now have a delivery date for the end of January. This is unacceptable, and the Fidelitone customer service has been the worst I have ever encountered. I have had items shipped to me from PB for years and have never had any issues. Due to this experience with Fidelitone, I have placed my last order with PB.

      ****************: I ordered a desk from Pottery Barn originally in Sept. 2023. It was to arrive between Oct. 6th to Oct. 20th. It never showed up, and Pottery Barn was unable to locate it, so customer service asked if I would like to reorder the desk and were very sorry for the inconvenience. I stupidly said "yes lets order again", so now it is suppose to be here between Dec. 13 to Jan. 2, ****. Today, Dec.27th, 2023, I called customer service at Pottery Barn and was told it had left Georgia on Dec. 13th and will take anywhere from 4 to 6 weeks to get to *******, **, and then another 11 1/2 hr.s to get to the *****, ***** area. I don't have any confidence at all that it will be here by the end of January **** or possibly the first part of February ****. This wait has been very stressful and it's completely ridiculous that it is taking so long. There has been no communication with this delivery service of the delays, and I have to do all the calling and asking where's my desk is, and that is totally unprofessional. I have no idea why BBB has given this company an A+ accreditation. After reading other reviews about them, it is a total mystery to me.

      HORRIBLE company that needs its doors closed permanently. Ordered a Chair from Pottery Barn on October 1st. Delivery scheduled for November. ******** then pushed to December, now saying February 7th ****. I have been charged over $400 for this chair. Its a Christmas present so February is unacceptable. More unacceptable is Fidelitone. They have been the rudest company I have ever dealt with. No one will answer your questions, they just keep saying someone will get in contact with me and no one ever contacts me. They have hung up on me THREE times. I have been charged already $179 for shipping & they wont ship. *** suggested picking up my chair in person since its currently sitting about an hr from my house. They will not let me pick up my own chair that I have already paid for. The chair has been sitting at their ********* warehouse since December 8th. My chair is just sitting there and they wont deliver it in a timely manner. Sitting in a warehouse from the first part of December to February of the next year is unacceptable. I will NEVER buy from Pottery ********************** again because of Fidelitone. Their business practices are illegal!!

      I ordered a recliner from West Elm/******** and ****** on November 4th. The delivery date was set for December 14th. On December 13th at 2 pm I received a call from Fidelitone indicating the delivery would now be January 3rd. Fidelitone has had the chair in their warehouse since December 5th. The customer service rep at ********************** was not pleasant, being very short and saying there was nothing that could be done! After several emails and phone calls to West Elm/******** and ****** with their supervisors indicating many many people have complained/indicated their Fidelitone experience was unpleasant. All appear to have a take it or leave attitude. Sadly, this reflects poorly on all companies involved. The order was placed well within the time frame for delivery before Christmas. Maybe there needs to be other options for the so called white glove service. Very poor customer service from all involved. Too expensive an item to be left in a warehouse under who knows what conditions for a month. This is the Fidelitone ******* hub.

      I ordered a bed and headboard, dressers, and nightstands from Pottery Barn on 10/7/2023. The initial delivery date range was Nov **** for the dressers and Oct 22- Nov 5 for the bed and nightstands. As the weeks passed this dates changed with the latest being Nov 29. I contacted Pottery Barn on Nov 28 to inquire and spoke to a very nice woman named ******* who informed me that all of my furniture was at the delivery center and she connected me to *** with Fidelitone. He didnt know what pieces I was expecting in spite of having my order number. **** telling me hed have his assistant look everything up and get a delivery date. He then told me the soonest they could deliver was January 2, ****. I told him that was not acceptable. He told me they were behind with their deliveries and he could put in a request for one sooner. I called Pottery Barn back and spoke to a *******, who looked up my order and, I believe called Fidelitone as well. When she returned she mentioned that they werent sure they had all of my furniture and she was going to escalate and have a manager contact me. I then got a call from a ******, who is a floor manager. She informed me how the pieces were transported and basically Fidelitone has had my complete order since Nov 1. Yet nobody contacted me to inform me that they had my order and there would be a delay, nothing. I then communicated with ****** via email. The date they offered wouldnt work for me to be available. She basically in her emails felt the need to inform me that the delivery date was the date that the furniture arrived at the delivery center. That is not correct and I found it very disrespectful for her to speak to me in this way. In the end her emails became more about defending Fidelitone and speaking to me as though I lack intelligence. I have a new home and 2 more rooms to furnish. It wont be with any business using Fidelitone, or Pottery Barn.

      Over 2 months ago, I requested an exchange for a Tempurpedic mattress with the last mile delivery service being facilitated by Fidelitone's *******, ************** warehouse. Since September 27th, their inept delivery service has failed to deliver my mattress on 5 separate occasions. I am in the U.S. Air Force and live on a military base which requires delivery drivers to have their physical IDs in their possession and pass a quick background check. For some reason, their ******* warehouse delivery teams just cannot figure this out. The ineptitude of this warehouse has caused my wife and I to miss work on several occasions just for our mattress to not be delivered, thereby affecting us financially as well. I am beyond furious with how this process has been, and just want my mattress.

      I ordered a table from Pottery barn on 10/24 that arrived at the ********** terminal dock on 11/1. I am only several hrs from this location. I was given an 11/7 delivery date which was moved just prior to this date to 11/30. I have had no success in having this date improved. I am more than disappointed that this type of customer service is acceptable! I would say ******* both should look for a new carrier for their companies! This is the worse delivery I have ever encountered!!

      I am 1 of the delivery drivers in the Claremont hub. I'll start off by saying that I have always enjoyed working with **** [manager] and the new *************************. The problem is the hub in Georgia and the scheduling department in ****. I have been on and off for about 8 years. When I 1st came in 8 years ago the treatment was fair because the main hub was claremont but ever since georgia took over they have amped up the amount of ************** per day. The ********************* doesn't give enough time to complete stops for example we deliver loft beds and canopy beds [they take about 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes to assemble if you know what you are doing] and have stops that have alot of pieces and will only give 30 minutes complete it so you can get to the next customer. Many of the good delivery guys that i know left to different companies since Georgia started making everything difficult. What use to be 3 day routes have now been made to 2 day routes. For example our route today is to the beach with 10 Stops and 23 pieces of of furniture. Day 2 is 10 stops and 20 pieces of furniture. We Live in ********* so we get to the lot by 5AM, drive an hour up to claremont, load up, drive 4 hours 30 minutes to the beach, then start our route. We have been pulling between 9 and 14 hour days for a while now but our pay has not gone up. Most of our pays vary from 150 to ***************************** hopes that something will change but till this day it's only gotten worse and worse. We all have families and kids who are home waiting for us, I know that doesn't matter to the company but being a delivery team for Fidelitone/********-Sonoma use to be something to be proud of. Now it's just an expensive name on the side of the truck. To the customer that have had problems because of the company, I'm sorry. I hope this reaches the right people and they start trying to fix it for the better because this company was 1 of the best.Sincerely, Delivery Man
