      I ordered a mirror from West Elm with a notice that the item can only be delivered within a certain time frame during the day. Imagine my surprise when I receive a call later outside of the time frame with no notice (day prior or 30 min before the delivery) that the driver was here and wanted to leave the item in the lobby despite me telling him that it cannot be left there. After a frantic conversation with the driver saying he'll call me back, I heard nothing.I contacted West Elm that there was no rescheduled delivery and the customer service rep. worked with me on the phone with Fidelitone scheduling on the other line to reschedule. I was told to send an email to Fidelitone (no response to the email or follow-up) with the reschedule info. Today, on the day it was supposed to be delivered, I called to check the status of the delivery. Fidelitone decided to reschedule the item for another day without notice or my consent. I was also told that instead of delivering to the door, it was changed to curbside. **************** lied and said that in the notes, they spoke with me earlier. They did not and I have not received any unknown numbers the past few days. We are now attempting to reschedule one week later. I did not receive an email confirmation so we will see if the 3rd attempt will actuallly happen.

      Thank you for your comment, after further review, we found that your order was submitted to us as a 'curbside' delivery with no delivery notification required. Your order has been rescheduled for tomorrow, Nov 15th.

      I ordered furniture from Pottery Barn that arrived at the delivery facility on August 31st and September 1st. Its now October 25th. They refuse to deliver the items until other items from the order arrive (which was estimated for September, then October, and now November). I was told I qualify for a split delivery based on there being 30 days between item availability. Yet my requests for a split delivery were repeatedly denied. My couches have been sitting at a delivery center an hour from my house for almost 8 weeks. Ridiculous and unacceptable.

      Company is horrible. Had an order from Arhaus that was supposed to be delivered per their email between 11:30 and 1:30 and they were going to call 30 minutes prior to arriving. They called at 11 and said they were at my location. I was not home as it was not the window of time. I live in an apartment complex. I spoke to the driver and told him my brother in law who happened to be in from out of town would go try to locate them and so he went and they were not there. They left at 11:30 (the start of the delivery window) without delivering my furniture and told me Id have to re-schedule for another day. I took time off to receive this delivery. They told me they couldnt deliver that day. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. No respect for peoples time. I would never use them. Beware. ************** Zero stars

      8/11 scheduled delivery of bed, chest of 4 drawers, chest of 9 drawers - no call, no show 8/12 scheduled delivery of 2 nightstands - both delivered - still don't know what happened to the rest of the furniture 9/13 scheduled delivery AGAIN of bed, chest of 4 drawers, chest of 9 drawers - all delivered, except bed had damage - they took it back, before they left they called and reported the problem, the person said they would order a new bed and call me when it arrives. I laughed, before each previous delivery I scheduled, Fidelitone NEVER place one call to me. Each time I called the furniture had been just sitting there. 10/16 I have been waiting for the call about the bed, guess I was right! I wonder how long it's been sitting there?

      I have been waiting for a rug that was ordered from Pottery Barn in May 2023. The rug was due to be delivered August 1, 2023. It is October 10, 2023 (2 months) and still no rug and no communication from either Pottery Barn or ***************************

      I called on 9/29 to expedite a delivery. I spoke with a manager and she said she would call me later that day. Nobody ever called me back. I called again on 10/2 and asked what was going on with my delivery. The person I spoke to said I would receive a call letting me know if it was possible to be delivered that day. I have not heard from anybody. I received an email to schedule the appointment online. I scheduled the delivery for 10/5. I waited all day yesterday and nobody showed up. It seems like this company really doesnt care at all about customers. This makes me think twice about buying from Arhaus in the future.

      Was scheduled for delivery on Sept 15. Several texts and emails sent day before giving me a delivery window on Sept 15. Got a call from them this morning stating the delivery driver had some "personal issues" and would not be making his route and next earliest delivery date would be Oct 20th! That would be almost 2 months since they received my order at their warehouse. Unacceptable! Order # ********

      TERRIBLE. Dont recommend using them or purchasing from Arhaus. I have been trying to get a table top delivered since March. They lost it and wouldnt send a replacement until they found the original. Needless to say, they were supposed to deliver that too today between 2:30&430. I received a call at 5 pm stating that they couldnt find the location and would not be delivering today. Even though a couple of other deliveries had been delivered in between with no issue. They did not even apologize. Im assuming that the driver just wanted to be done with their day. Save yourself the headache and dont utilize this company. If I could give zero stars, I would.

      Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Any company using them to transport their products should reconsider. I will never buy furniture from Arhaus again.

      They do not communucate and thier staff have needs traning they had my order from january now is March. They send the shipping info and each time i call they gave me the runaround. they do not communicate with the shipper about my order. My order was slit and and the shipper send out the split order and they did still holding my order. This is a very unprofessional company one of the second to last agent had a bad attidude, when i asked for her name she hang the phone up the last agent i spoke with was able to resheduled my delivery glad i was able to get to someone who has a better customer service. I do not recommend this company by all means.
