      Good luck on getting a response from customer service. I have sent two e-mails which they acknowledged but no response after that. If you purchase a Stackon safe do not expect to get any after sale support.

      I have the Total Defense 40 safe and on December 18, 2022 the shaft broke leaving all of my valuables inside. Including some very expensive Christmas presents that I still havent been able to give out. I submitted a claim the same day it broke. Been sending emails and phone calls ever since. Ive done everything on my end including sending videos and pictures and proof of purchase. They said it would be covered under warranty. Here we are in the middle of February 2023 and I still have not gotten anything from Stack-On about fixing it or a replacement. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EXPERIENCED.

      JaveryNH Bought an ************************************************************************************************* that the s**** holes where not drilled correctly that hold the barrel rests to the side of the cabinet. After many, many phone calls and several replacement barrel rests being sent out it was determined that they would send me a new cabinet and they did end of the story right..not so fast. I then bought a pair of the smaller cabinets that mount on top of the larger cabinets again from Tractor Supply and both of these were found to have production defects as well given they only had 3 of the 4 s**** holes in the side walls used to mount the internal shelf assy. I have been weeks now trying to get a so-called supervisor to return my call after having some initial success with working with one up until Dec30th at which time all return communications have stopped. I had even sent at customer services request pictures of my issue and was told they were going to discuss my issue with the waranty group but again no further commmunication has come back from anyone in the customer service group. I was initially told to just return my units to Tractor supply but these are hard to come by and the sale cost was very good so I thought id roll the dice and work with Stack On yet again but was I a sucker! they have quite the set up as for when you call in the Rep you speak with can never seem to reach a supervisor and "will send them a request to call me right back" but they never do. I am now forced to try my hand at reaching out on every forum and group i belong to and warn them to NEVER buy a Stack On product as I have had nothing but issues with two different product lines and their **************** seems disinterested in helping you with anything. I am now going to join LinkdIn and send a question about this matter to the Vice President of that group I have found on there and I will make my weekly call again on Friday into them.

      Gun safe very unreliable pop open with no key or finger print. Very unsafe to have with kids in the home. DO NOT BUY!!!! I could not find receipt so they would not honor fixing the unit. Poor customer service.

      We bought a StackOn home safe this past June, and my husband installed it in our home according to the directions with the safe. It was properly fastened down to the floor, combination installed, and our personal items put inside. It worked well for about 3 months, and then it just suddenly stopped opening. We tried, repeatedly to open the safe, using both the key and the combination. I contacted StackOn via email. They asked for video of us trying to open it with both key and combination, and proof of purchase. Also requested brand and expir. date of batteries....which are INSIDE the locked safe. We sent video and p.o.p., also asked how to get battery info when they are INSIDE safe! Received return email saying that they were willing to replace the "defective or damaged" safe and to let them know if we would accept a new safe. Told them we couldn't make a decision on whether or not to accept new safe until we were told how to get THIS one open. Asked how to get important papers out.. No response. Wrote again asking how to get safe open... Nothing. Called customer service.. they said "Yes.. we are willing to send a new safe". I asked what good is a new safe when everything we need to put IN it is locked inside THIS safe. Asked, again, HOW do we get THIS safe open? Their response was "oh..that's on YOU". Asked for supervisor... was promised one would call within the hour...no-one ever called. We were finally able to FORCE the safe open using Channel lock pliers. The locking mechanism worked sometimes, sometimes it didn't. We think they should have sent out a locksmith to open the safe, but they would not consider it..just wanted to send us a new safe. We have returned the safe to the store where we purchased it...and will NEVER buy another StackOn product again. They do NOT care about customers and do NOT stand behind their products.

      First ever negative product review. Bought safe June, door linkage broke July. Followed customer service criteria for videos exactly on Monday night. Follow up call to verify videos were adequate ******** ******* confirmed. Follow Up email Wednesday, firearms are locked in broken safe, explained numerous times I need the property ASAP. Phoned again following Monday, gentleman on the phone had warranty department look at videos. Was told I would need to take further videos with different battery. Explained that videos were confirmed, e lock broke while filming second video, key was used in video to unlock and show broken shift. Could no longer wait for *******, phoned ********** and demanded refund, had to cut safe to remove property. Had to bring 679 lb safe up stairs by myself. Things break, but customer service was completely and totally inadequate and unprofessional. No help was offered, lock *****, just run around. Will never buy product again, will absolutely tell my story to all that will listen.
