      On 7/21/2022 I received a $2300 check for my 2015 ****** Corolla which I deposited into my bank account. The check was returned and I have not been able to reach the company by phone. So basically they stole my vehicle and gave me a bad check.

      HELLO,I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED IN IAAI. WORST CUSTOMER ****** EXPERIENCE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. RUDE PEOPLE. I CREATED AN ACCOUNT, A BUSINESS ACCOUNT, TRYING TO NAVIGATE MY WAY THROUGH THE SYSTEM TO FAMILIARIZE MY SELF WITH IT AND ACCIDENTALLY SPILLED MY COFFE ON MY KEYBOARD WHICH SOMEHOW IN THAT CONUNDRUM I MISTAKENLY CLICKED THE *** BUTTON ONES AND I WON THE ***** IMMEDIATELY CALLED AND EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY WERE NO HELP WHATSOEVER, ALL TALK OF FEES THIS FEES THAT, CANCELLATION PENALTIES, EVEN AFTER BEING AS TRANSPARENT AS POSSIBLE THEY BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT AND REQUESTING A FEE OF OVER $1000 TO REINSTATE IT. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WONT BE PAYING THAT. AT THE END OF THE *** ITS THEIR LOSS, THERES A LOT MORE OTHER PLACES I CAN SPEND MY MONEY. MY ***DER NUMBER IS AB2300 IF IAAI WANTS TO REACH OUT TO ME AND RESOLVE THIS NIGHTMARE OF A SYSTEM THEY HAVE.
