OUR COMPANY RECEIVED THIS CUSTOMERS WORK ORDER OCT 12TH 2022 AND OUR OFFICE SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR OCT 13TH. TECHNICIAN ARRIVED TO THE APPOINTMENT AND FOUND FURNACE NEEDED NEW 2 WIRE AND *** VALVE. PARTS HAD TO BE ORDERED SO WE RETURNED OCT 14TH TO REPLACE THE *** VALVE AND 2 WIRE. FURNACE WAS FUNCTIONING WHEN TECHNICIAN LEFT. CUSTOMER PLACED RECALL DUE TO CONTINUING ISSUES RECALL WAS RECEIVED SATURDAY OCT 15TH. OUR SCHEDULE WAS FULL FOR SATURDAY AND WERE CLOSED SUNDAY SO WE SCHEDULED CUSTOMER FOR NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT OCT 17TH. TECHNICIAN ARRIVED TO THE APPOINTMENT AND FOUND THE FURNACE HAD A SHORT AND WOULD CONTINUE TO SHORT OUT PARTS, WE RECOMMENDED TO REPLACE FURNACE DUE TO THE **** THAT WE REPLACED THE CIRCUIT BOARD LESS THAN A YEAR AGO FOR THIS CUSTOMER AND IF WE REPLACED THE CIRCUIT BOARD AGAIN THE PROBLEM WOULD STILL CONTINUE DOWN THE LINE. OUR COMPANY DOES NOT PERFORM TEMPORARY SOLUTIONS. THE SECOND OPINION COMPANY WENT OUT AND REPLACED THE CIRCUIT BOARD WHICH WILL ONLY TEMPORARILY SOLVE THE ISSUE. *** REPORTED THAT THE CUSTOMER SUBMITTED A RECALL FOR THE SECOND OPINION BECAUSE THEY ARE STILL HAVING ISSUES. THIS CUSTOMER WAS VERBALLY ABUSIVE AND AGGRESSIVE SINCE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT. WE COMPLETED OUR SERVICES TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY AND PROVIDED ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS.

This company is terrible. They were sent to us by my home warranty company when we identified that there was a leak in our line between the ** and the furnace. Despite being told in detail prior to their arrival that there was a leak, the first tech showed up unprepared to perform a leak test, causing us to reschedule the appointment. The next appointment they performed the leak test and claimed they weren't able to find anything, requiring another appointment. At the third appointment, the tech tells us that the pressure drop confirms there is a leak, but that they need to send a more experienced tech out to our house. The fourth trip the owner comes out to our house, barely looks at anything, and says the whole line needs to be replaced, that our home warranty will not cover it, and quotes us a number for the repairs. They repeatedly missed the service windows without communication. The company NEVER submitted the report to the home warranty company with the diagnosis. NO ONE answers the phone at Rush and we repeatedly had to call and leave voicemails. They then made up a reason to our home warranty company that the request needed to be transferred to another company, without ever submitting the report causing us to have to start over. This company just took the service fee and disappeared, causing us almost a month of delays and having us to start over. Run away from working with Rush - it is a sham company run out of a guy's garage.

Rush HV** originally serviced this customer 08/09/2022 for a ********************** Dispatch items for this work order were only the furnace and ductwork, the customer noted that there was leaking water in ductwork. On arrival the technician found no mechanical failures with furnace. Technician believed issue was with the ** system and we advised customer to open up ** work order. American Home Shield customer service told us they added the ** unit to the work order so we could proceed with a pressurized leak test. On 08/10/2022 technician arrived to preform leak test, he added pressurized nitrogen and would need to return check if pressure dropped. A technician returned 08/12/2022 found the pressure dropped on the line set so it proves there is a leak in line set but the technician was unable to locate where the leak was coming from. On 08/16/2022 our Supervisor Technician arrived and found that the leak was coming from the line set that wasn't accessible. To repair this issue a new copper line set would have to be ran because the current line set is behind dry wall. Our supervisor technician advised the customer that the line set is not covered by American Home Shield warranty and provided a quote of the out of pocket costs and diagnosis would be reported to American Home Shield. When we attempted to submit our diagnosis for the ** unit with American Home ******************************** they did not accept the diagnosis because the work order was originally only for the furnace and ductwork. *** said the customer would have to pay another service fee for the ** for us to be able to submit the diagnosis. We advised the customer she would have to pay for another work order and she was not happy that she would have to pay for another service fee and that the repair she needed wasn't covered by AHS. The customer began speaking aggressively to our staff in the office refusing to pay another service fee, left us a one star review with American Home Shield and also was verbally abusive to the supervisor and owner. At this point our company no longer wanted to continue service with this customer. We have the right to refuse service to any customer at any point. We advised American Home Shield of the customers behavior and we were uncomfortable moving forward with service, so American Home Shield agreed and transferred this customer out to another vendor. Our company canceled and transferred out the work order for the ** and did not get paid for diagnosing the unit.
