    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I have attached my response that I wrote back to the company on Tuesday June 4th, 2025 @ 11:05am. 

    At this point I have yet to hear back from them, so I am accepting the resolution offered and attaching our correspondence regarding this matter.

    he tuckpointing even though on the day the work was performed we were told it would match once it dried. **** tried blaming it on the house moving which wasn't the case since we just had work done from US Waterproofing done months earlier, but **** assured me that when spring came around, they would replace the tuckpointing that was damaged, that was done on 12/06/24.I started e-mailing them on 03/27/25 and again on 04/14/25 and have not gotten an answer at all. At this point I am not calling them as I do not think they will honor the warranty that I received from them on 11/08/24, more than 2 months after the work was performed. I am asking for the tuckpointing to either be re-done or for the tuckpointing to be refunded as I no longer trust this company to stand by what their warranty shows. I attached the original order, the warranty I was giving, pictures of the tuckpointing cracks, proof of payment and e-mails asking for them to honor the warranty on the tuckpointing.
